Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites leaders and staff, Our family vacation to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday was nothing short of amazing, thanks to your phenomenal team. This awesome well maintained property with massive suites, in the perfect location was a nice surprise. Additionally, the exceptional staff sealed lifelong memories of an EPIC trip in Dubai for our family. The assistance and supreme professionalism we received and observed from Arun, Janet, Jamila, Yasser, and Vishal are prime examples of extraordinary associates. Special thanks to Jamila for creating the collage of photos of my husband and family and framing them for his birthday. He absolutely LOVED it and we happily hung it when we returned home. Thanks again for a welcoming fun filled experience. We have highly recommended this property to our family and friends planning travel to Dubai. The hotel is 10 mins walk from metro station (Do not follow the route suggested by google map. It takes a lot more time). No restaurants or supermarkets near the hotel. The only option is to eat inside the hotel. Room is decent. The breakfast is good. The swimming pool is lovely. The staff are very helpful. Complimentary chocolate provided every day at 5pm. Also the hotel gave us a free Birthday cake. Overall, not a very good choice due to location, and lack of food choice.

Great hotel with wonderful rooms with full equipment for all the necessities (even with toaster and washing machine). Great service, tasteful breakfasts, nice staff. Especially I would like to thank wonderful receptionist Sree, she provided me with the best room available from my category with pretty view, which made my anticipated staying at the hotel even more delightful. Nice private beach in 2 minutes by walk. Also with good free wi-fi that you can connect from nearest cafes. I recommend Adagio Premium The Plam to everyone!

Good hotel and lounge. Location in the Palm Jumairah and it it was a little crowded at the time. The reception desk staff, however need a lot of work to expedite their work and not letting hotel guests waiting. Also I see them take long conversations while checking in people and Leave waiting people in Line lessening to their chitchat.

What a lovely stay in block 5 over looking the beach And how gorgeous being on the palm yet so close to everything.. just an £8 taxi into the marina !! The Riva beach club is also fabulous Yes the apartment is a bit dated in some places, but really the space, views, air conditioning unit, balcony, open plan kitchen, more than compensate for any minor issues like the odd mark on furniture And I thought the value for money was excellent We paid more for the first 3 days in a hotel, by the lakes and were woken up every night by party revellers down below... we couldn’t wait to get somewhere more idyllic and quiet.. The security in each building also makes you feel safe and staff are very helpful (especially when your card stops working) :-) and the staff at the royal club desk are so helpful too The beachside residences are just perfect for this and I would thoroughly recommend. There is also a pool next door to block 5 though we didn’t use any of the pools , preferring to sit on the beach Looking forward to returning again one day soon
