Flawless stay. Great value for money in Dubai. Room was clean and good sized. Location is a short 5 minute walk from the metro station. But the best part of the stay was the friendly and very helpful staff especially Lee at the front desk. Highly recommended.

I got up in This hotel because they was doing repairs at 9am, that’s super annoying because when u book hotel u want to leave in calm place. Area is very nice, it’s waterfront. Room is pretty small but it’s good value for the money. Guy on the reception was asking 100dirham deposit because he told me that someone broke a cup not long time ago and now they ask for deposit, funny

The hotel is a standard 3 star hotel, very basic.You’re getting value for money, nothing extra. Our room was large enough for two people to move around without feeling cramped in. The window was way too small and the city view is terrible 😂it’s a construction site and not so pretty buildings. Looks better at night with all the lights in the various buildings. Breakfast was okay. I was disappointed that the only egg options were wet scrambled or hard boiled every day for the entire duration of our stay. I tried to ask the chef for a fried egg and I was met with a firm no. The shuttle was a great addition to our vacation plans. Where the shuttle didn’t go, we could take the metro , the nearest station is less than 10mins away, walking. Big shoutout to ***an ( I hope that’s his name). Spectacular job on keeping our room refreshed👌🏽

I normally don't write a lot of reviews and if the following incident hadn't happened today - I probably wouldn't even be writing this review. My father booked this for our holiday - paid upfront before our stay. We had a serviced one-bedroom apartment - my husband and my two children stayed for a full two weeks. The hotel room had a fly issue, which I made them aware of - they sent someone from pest control but the issue persisted during our stay then our bathroom sink was always blocked - and our floor was so dirty that our feet would almost always be full of dirt. Our room always smelt of food, and you will notice the smell as soon you come in, even then we didn't complain, then 30 hours after checkout, bearing in mind we have had room service/cleaning each day the hotel manager calls my father saying there are scratches all over the TV and demands 3000 AED! We are frequent travellers and never would allow our children to even touch the TV screen let alone scratch it. Non of the room service staff ever noticed the ”scratches” and then all of a sudden 30 hours later here we are demanding money! This sounds completely suspicious and bad customer service!!! No pictures/ no evidence just a random phone call that we should pay 3000 aed!!

Staying at Kingsgate Hotels is an incredibly enjoyable experience. The three hotels located in the Al-Jaddaf area offer exceptional services. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the receptionists, Mr. Akhel, Mr. Anish, Mr.Rity, and Mr. Set, for their outstanding attitude and professionalism. Furthermore, I would like to extend a special thanks to the security manager, Mr. Salman, and his dedicated team members, Mr. Bashir, Mr. Mudather, Mr. Adel, and Mr. Ibtisam for their invaluable cooperation and assistance. Lastly, I must acknowledge the exceptional work carried out by the bellboys, Mr. Inam and Mr. Chandra. Their efficiency and attentiveness greatly contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Kingsgate Hotels has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the remarkable staff members who go above and beyond to provide a memorable and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at intercity hotel, However the room size was small even we booked a superior king room and tissues and slippers were absent and provided upon request. Staff was very friendly.
