The hotel is 10 mins walk from metro station (Do not follow the route suggested by google map. It takes a lot more time). No restaurants or supermarkets near the hotel. The only option is to eat inside the hotel. Room is decent. The breakfast is good. The swimming pool is lovely. The staff are very helpful. Complimentary chocolate provided every day at 5pm. Also the hotel gave us a free Birthday cake. Overall, not a very good choice due to location, and lack of food choice.

absolutely amazed at the perfect service given.. friendly staff all round and perfect location not far from train station .. cheap food outside too compared to what im used to paying at JBR walk.. you can enjoy 5* luxury at an affordable price The breakfast was nice and the cleaning facilities spot on.. even the spa on the rooftop was great.. will definately be back

We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen with sea view. It was very well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Very clean on arrival and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. The hotel has excellent facilities - large restaurant area, gym and swimming pool. Breakfast choice was superb. It is very well located - short walking distance to the Tram (Palm Jumeirah station) and the monorail to the Palm. Most notably are the hotel staff who were always welcoming, polite and helpful -especially Main at the hotel reception who was very helpful when we needed a doctor

Bilik-biliknya sangat besar, dengan ruang tamu dan dapur yang besar. Pemandangan laut sangat cantik. Anda boleh melihat Hotel Burj Al Arab, dalam masa 20 minit berjalan kaki. I stayed with my family in the hotel during Eid Aladha holidays for two nights. Itwas beyond expectation. We didn't feel it was crowded. The check-in was a little slow but Amgad from the Front desk was a real help. The Breakfast was good. The swimming pool was good, Although it need a Pool bar for serving soft drinks. Overall our stay was really fun. The location is near Emirates Mall, so it's also a plus. Great value for money. We will definitely come back

Really enjoyed our 3 week stay at the hotel. I booked a studio apartment with kitchen. All the facilities were provided as mentioned on the website. Although I found the apartment quite small as against the pictures while I was booking, but it was comfortable enough for 2 of us. We made the most of the rooftop swimming pool and gym.
