Location was good near Baniyas metro station and Sabkha bus stations. Surrounded by supermarkets and café shops. Muhammad Salah made our stay enjoyable but some staff need to be thoroughly trained in communication skills as well as simple manners and respect. Our stay in this hotel was for a total of 9 days, in which our sheets were changed once and the floor was never hoovered-the bathtub also remaining dirty for all 9 days. The hotel also seemed to attract cockroaches which wasn’t ideal as my daughter is scared of them and was constantly in a state of discomfort. I didn’t hate this hotel but the only thing that would bring me back here is the location and service from Muhammad Salah.

It was all I needed for my business trip. I had read plenty of negative reviews and I was already not looking forward to my stay but surprisingly, it wasn’t as bad as I thought. It’s close to the area I needed and not very far from the metro station. Staff were generally polite and after a long day I enjoyed my night’s sleep. I missed a flight and even if they have a 100% no refund policy, they were able to book on the next days I had a flight. Thanks to the trip team too for helping out on this.

Single room is small but clean, personal is good , helped to check in earlier than 2pm. After along and tiring trip. Location is good.

Nos dieron una habitación fatal, olía mal, ya empezé a mirar todo, cucaracha muerta en el armario, el suelo roto, pared manchada, almohada con mancha y el colchón duro no lo siguiente de hecho no pude dormir nada de nada. La televisión no funcionaba.....Baje a primera hora a la recepción y le enseñé las fotos me atendió una chica muy atenta y dijo que nos cambiarían a otra habitación porque no me devolverían el dinero. La nueva habitación estaba mejor un 10%..... Lo siento por el personal del hotel pero las cosas se dicen y ustedes Trip por favor descarte de repertorio este hotel si se puede llamar hotel.

各項都感覺非常差,半夜2點半一個男的用卡刷開了我們兩個女士的房門,問我們是否抽煙了,被嚇到不敢再住了,但是酒店不給退款。房間有蟑螂,熱水器是壞的,叫了好幾次來修,第二天才來修好。總體感覺太差,床單被套換一套新的都特別潮濕,還沒幹,睡了幾天,每天皮膚都癢,再也不會入住這家酒店!

1.首先這個酒店的氣味是真的很聞。所有杜拜的酒店都是香香的,就這個酒店一股子難聞的味道,臭臭的悶悶的。三樓就像腳氣的味道,四樓空氣稍微好一點,但是還是臭。 2. 設施,床單被套上面煙灰都弄破了還在使用。床單上面的分泌物都沒洗乾淨,一塊塊黃黃的。都沒法直接睡,還好買了一次性床單被套。 3.提前一天訂的房,第二天晚上十一點辦理入住還等了30多分鐘,聽説是在清掃鐘點房。原來我睡的鐘點房。 4. 前台小哥哥比較熱情,服務也挺好。不足之處在於其他酒店都是系統辦公了,他們還是打印的紙,訂單也找不全,一桌子全是散落的其他客户的訂單。找的費勁,訂的兩間房衹找到一個。效率太低! 5.入住人員魚龍混雜,很多黑人入住,聽説附近還有紅燈區。 總結,這家酒店絕對不會再是我的選擇。

Отель снимался на 3 дня .Мы были вынуждены его снять.Один раз видели таракана.У окон плохая звукоизоляция , всё слышно.В первый день оказался, сломан чайник. Потом его оперативно поменяли.В номере не было ложек. Холодильник -бар был очень старый ,еле закрывался.Белье ,полотенцы хорошие ,чистые. Кровати удобные. Около рецепшена постоянно кто то сидит ,с чемоданами .Ощущение ,что ты на вокзале. Отель находиться в многолюдном месте ,везде торговые точки .До метро 400 метров.
