Good hotel but bad room due to windows don't open and cleanner was sneeze and he was unwell and sick the breakfast was amazing the man at entrance was so kind and problem it was none smoking room so I had to go outside each time to have cigarette

They gave us only one key card. As we were there for business every time had some one to walk with us to the door. Good solution. But sometimes you just need 2 cards to enter your room any time.

I went for just 3 nights, and its a very clean hotel, nice breakfast, good room service, clean rooms. I was there for business trip and i would recommend people for business could stay there, however i did see many families there too, i believe families could stay there too. It's very clean and nice. Only one thing, i was not able to get an early check-in at 8am in the morning because hotel policy is check in at 2pm, however i can understand the hotel policy but would have appreciated given me a room just for an hour or so just to freshen up so i could attend my business meetings, overall the hotel is nice, clean, good service, down at the receptionsit they are very kind, the hotel staff overall are good. I would still recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for our family's first visit to Dubai! It's just a few minutes by train from the city center and close to the station, so the location is great💫 The staff were also very helpful! They helped us carry a lot of luggage! I forgot to ask their names, but I'd like to thank the female and male staff members who were at the front desk at 7pm on 11/7✨ Breakfast was an Indian buffet! I don't eat much Indian food, but everything was delicious! I was also satisfied with the chai tea. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy central Dubai but wants to keep costs down!!

Indian hotel Breakfast is Indian style, not accustomed to it Room is big, bed is small Restaurant, spa, swimming pool, gym are all available, I won't consider it next time

First of all, the room was dark and damp, and the breakfast was terrible, which was equivalent to a three-star hotel in China at most. We stayed there for 3 nights, but we booked one night less because of a mistake in our itinerary. The check-out time was originally 12 o'clock, but we left at 12 o'clock that day. No one called us to ask whether we would check out or extend our stay. I also left my phone number, but the hotel did not call us. As soon as we came back, they asked us to check out quickly and pay an overtime fee of 500AED. No one notified us during this period. The whole attitude was very strong and lacked communication. I really don't want to be messed with!

Dissatisfied. The hotel woke me up in the middle of the night and asked me to vacate the room for someone else. This is too much.

The front desk service awareness is very poor. They are unwilling to help get a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night. The hotel is opposite the cemetery. I couldn't sleep well.
