Could be better. Customer service not great in all areas. Front valet / hotel laughing at over charging us for a private taxi. Not professional. For a lower price this hotel is ok, Just don’t pay a premium for it as service levels are not up to standard regrettably it’s average at best.

The hotel is beauty and the facilities is great The reception Vilma and someone delivery my luggage so nice. Bfast so great However, my room have something like cockroach and fly and the Japan restaurant tori is bad. Don’t go. I can taste the freeze of the sashimi and little bit fishy.

Nice location. Service is good. Food was awesome. Lots of variety in breakfast. Beach area was well maintained.

The worst hotel I ever had been to.. too crowded hotel as u are in a mall not hotel 5 star.. visitors does respect the q in the check in.. and staff don’t consider that there is a line.. I went there with out my kids to have a rest from work .. they put my room as a connect room with a child didn’t stop crying 3 hours and I hear his mom talking loudly .. I spoke to the reception about my neighbor, to do something “they should move me to another room with upgrade room as a compensation”.. but they didn’t they only transfer my room to a far room exactly as the one I was in.. I discovered that the phone is not working in the new room .. I went to the reception to tell them,, the receptionist was arguing with me about the phone as I am lying she said it takes time and u should press zero and the hash bottom “I told her I know how to use the phone and it’s not working” finally she believes me and called the manger.. the manger Kamila was great she gave me her direct number to call her because the phone in the room was not working.. I wanted water I called the manger Kamila twice and she switch the phone I was shocked.. what a hotel really it was dispointed.. u think it finished no. When I checked out everything was paid one day before check in.. the hotel 5 times was trying to deduct the booking amount…

The view from the window is limited because of looks if the building. Foods are expensive in the hotel. It's hard to find a free sunbed with umbrella near the pool though there are plenty of them by the beach. Everything else was perfect

This hotel should be a seven star not a five star. This place is unbelievable everything here was top-notch the staff was incredibly friendly VIP lounge, the gymnasium, the spa the beach everything was so so good everything was top notch. The bedrooms were like massive apartment suites everything was luxury inside. I stayed an extra night here because I loved it so much. Definitely recommend this to everyone looking for a resort type vacation in Dubai.

酒店很好 有幫你停車和拿行李的服務 但是送完行李 那個老外一直不走 他大概是想要小費吧 當時也沒有小額的現金就沒給 結果他臉色大變

訂酒店的時候沒注意，要15:00才可以入住，結果飛機凌晨到，來到酒店是早上3:30，酒店前台告知沒有房了，要到下午。衹好大半夜找了另一家酒店，挺不爽。到了晚上入住，和酒店前台反應了這個問題，前台負責人Wael很熱情，對之前的情況表示了抱歉，還給升級了房間，接下來的體驗真的是太好了！酒店設施完美，裝飾設計是阿拉伯風格，體驗很特別，奢華優雅。進入房內，各種細節令人有入住宮殿般的感覺；室內泳池，帶着點點鹹味的池水讓游泳水平不怎麼樣的我遊得特別輕鬆，抬頭仰望，高高的穹頂星光璀璨；健身中心有每日的各種免費課程，早晨7:45瑜珈就在面海的大草坪上，老師是印度來的小哥，和善可親；9:30又可以上paddle課，第一次體驗了踩着paddle在海上揮槳的愜意。夜晚，走到陽台，對岸就是一幅完美的180度燈光畫卷，海風吹來，生活真的很美好。

衞生和設施一般環境還比較好，但是服務也是一般 相較之下  JW萬豪做得比較好

很好的酒店，餐飲住宿環境一流，泳池是朱美拉島上最好的，泳池的温度保持的很舒適，25度左右的天氣不會感到冷

皇宮的感覺，富麗堂皇，奧斯曼套房適合三代人入住，陽枱面對海岸風景美麗，户外泳池連着大海很近，還有小童水上樂園。餐飲可口還有現做的焦糖瑪奇朵送到餐桌，小朋友喜歡冰鎮西瓜汁。
