There’s no air conditioner, it’s a bit hot in the lobby and lift The pool park is amazing

First of all, this is a family-run hotel, aimed at the elderly and families with young children. There is no alcohol from the word at all in the hotel. It cannot be bought at the hotel. The nearest 7-eleven is a kilometer away and on the opposite side of the highway. There is nothing interesting within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are great, the breakfast is great, but very boring.

Main attraction of this hotel is the "Wave" pool, playground and swimming pool. The location is not so convenient, especially now the road in front of the hotel is under construction so traffic is very bad. Luckily, hotel also provide free shuttle to Terminal 21 and the beach which is great. Price was very affordable, even for long weekend but the room was very basic. Bathroom light was very dim. Complimentary snacks and instant noodles were provided. bed was excellent, super duper comfortable and very wide. Perfect for a family to sleep together on. Breakfast was super busy, many dishes were finished and took a long time to refill. Some were not even refilled, just removed from the line once finished. Elevators took a very long time as we stayed on the top floor of 33rd, and it took forever just to make one trip down to ground floor. The Wave pool was lots of fun, service all around was good. Check in and check out was speedy which was wonderful.

First time staying at this tall hotel that has a water park for the guests. Was surprise to see a small kitchenette in the unit we chose and love the view we had on the 32nd floor. Great service by the staff and the breakfast was awesome. The small funfair the hotel had on Fri and Sat were a hit with the children. Definitely worth a stay!

A very nice hotel.Lobby was quite amazing & they have complimentary coffee machine after 12pm.Staffs are very friendly & willing to help .Breakfast is good .Our room is not that big but still ok because we were there only at night time.They do have shuttle service to terminal 21pattaya which is very helpful for those who come without vehicles. Pool is good & we have free entry to wave pool .Our stay here is quite amazing.

This is my son Favorite Hotel. He always asks us to come here. Staffs, F&B, Pool are so great.

์really warm welcome , Room , restaurant and swimming pool all areas are cleanness , somehow as the hotel allow all suits (not only swimming suit ) in using swimming pool , that might cause the dirtiness ....and are not appreciated by other guest. BTW as the date of check in there were too many guests but Hotel and staff did really well manage for queing :)

Great hotel for family. The room was very clean, the air conditioner was really cool we love it. nice service, big swimming pool and artificial beach is awesome. I highly recommend it.

Everything was good, but there were so many people, so no room to swim or to enjoy all the facilities. Leaving us feeling restless.

One of my favorite hotel, but recently many China Tour and long waiting lift up & down. Car park need to walk far but with shuttle bus..

Reasonable price, living area was spacious but small Bedroom and bath room.

I love wave pool it made our kid fun but I want to recommended improve add more elevator it's so traffic
