Ulasan Renaissance Business Bay Hotel, Dubai

Good class business hotel. But location is not so ideal as no subway at nearby. Not near to shopping mall or food eateries. Everything else is ok. Hotel shuttle bus could more frequent.

it was really bad experience , i don’t recommend it ever never only the security guys where good with us, Others are really not good I will never try it again , especially reception lady morning shift as she was not supprtive for the break fast timing

Generally the service was fantastic but some details needs unproved.Ask send some bottle water to room but waiting a long time.Breakfast item should more and front desk staff inform us that breakfast is 6:00-11:00,but restaurant staff said breakfast period is 6:30-11:00,at 6:00,some of guest already waiting for breakfast open （apparently I’m not the only one who got wrong breakfast serving period information ). also till 6:30 food items still not set up completely yet .

The check-in companion needed an original passport, and could not use electronic photos, so he could not check in. After communication, the hotel staff said that he could cancel through the platform, but in the end there was no cancellation until the morning. No check-in cost 180 USD

Grand Millennium Business Bay Hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning rooms that felt just like home. The staff were the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. The ambiance throughout was delightful, and the breakfast boasted a wonderful array of high-quality choices. Highly recommended!

The place is not bad, it's close to Dubai, and the front desk service is very enthusiastic. However, the restaurant staff are not friendly and the cleaning service is not good. The room we stayed in did not change the sheets for us, and the bed was not clean, which caused skin itching. We forgot to book breakfast for our stay. The restaurant staff charged separately, and the breakfast was too expensive and not delicious.

It was really good experience

All services and facilities were excellent. Will stay here again for sure.
