The hotel is located at a great location. It is very close to the central train station and just a 5 minutes walk from Belvedere Castle. The hotel is located on a busy street, but my room was quiet even though it was overlooking the street. There was some confusion regarding the room I was supposed to stay in, and a manager got involved to help very swiftly. The issue was resolved in a matter of minutes and I was given a different room. The staff at reception was very helpful and polite. So was the manager. The room was spacious and clean. Hot water in the shower. Balcony, overlooking the street. Thick blinds. The bed was big and comfortable. The linen was clean. The only note I would make is about the cleanliness of the desk. I had to wipe it with a wet wipe and turned out the desk was quite dusty. The bathroom was, however, very clean and tidy with plenty of towels. I liked that there was a mini-fridge where I could keep any food I had with me. The rooms also came with a built-in wardrobe and a safe. The price was very good, especially considering the close proximity to the city centre. I liked that I could collect a map of Vienna from reception. I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

The bathroom is very clean.I like my view from the veranda. This room is perfect for me as solo travellers like me 6 minutes away from Vienna Central Station. Breakfast is reasonable since it's a budget hotel

It was what it was - cheap accommodation for basic rooms. The room I was in had a bathtub but oddly pitted scratch marks at the bottom. The nighttime staff were lovely and friendly. There is an unattended luggage storage room.

Perfect location besides the central station surrounded by stores and restaurants within a couple of minutes of walking distance. The staffs (except one that was unnecessarily rude and made snarky comments) were very kind and helpful with general questions of the city/transport. Cleanliness & amenities are the only thing I wish this hotel improves on. The bathtub did not seem like it had been cleaned by check-in, we found gunks of dirt and multiple strands of hairs along the bathtub walls. The only toiletry provided were hand soap & 2-in-1 shower gel. No q-tips, moisturiser, slippers or bathrobes. Upon asking the concierge wondering if they can be purchased/rented at the reception, we were told they do not offer them. Overall; I’d stay here again due to the convenience & the price ratio. But I would come better prepared with my own toiletries & slippers.

The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance to Belvedere Palace and central station, very convenient to other tourist spots and of course, to the airport. Sound proof isn’t perfect but not too bad to rest in general.

Hotel under renovation. The room smells of paint. Hotel is very near to train station.

Not a 4 star hotel. Not anymore anyway.  It's very dated and needs a makeover. Check in was poor. The receptionist was outside smoking and leaving me waiting.  Bed had one pillow, I had to request another. Why not keep a spare in the wardrobe?  No tea, coffee or kettle in the room. For this price point I was surprised. That's cutting costs to an extreme. Bathroom had no amenities (maybe it's EU regulation).  No slippers or gown very basic room. Positives, the heating was good, the shower was good and the wifi was good.  It's 2 minutes to the train station or subway. 20 minutes to the main square.   I wouldn't stay here again. These hotels haven't learned since COVID. Name recognition and past history isn't enough anymore. People's expectations have changed and they need to adapt or die

A bit old fashion but old fashion. Good service but breakfast not too good. Recommended for its reasonable price.

Good location and service from reception staff. Room was clean although the rooms are a little dated in appearance. Modern bathroom though! Strange that they offer you a welcome drink in the form of a bottle of water but charge you €4 for it if you want it. Why call it a welcome drink?

Great location, within 5min walk from station, walking distance to Belvedere Palace. Staff are helpful. The checkin and checkout procedure are fast and smooth.
