Ulasan Landmark Premier Hotel Dubai

Can't invite friend to room for short meeting yesterday one of my friend visit me in your hotel, as we have something business confidential to be discussed. and your duty manager Richard insisted to charge me 100AED while i have told him that my friend will not stay more than 2 hours instead of whole night. and i promised him that she will leave very soon. but this person insisted this and said we could discuss in lobby if i did not pay this 100AED. after that, i said can i pay half or one hour later as i forgot to take cash or wallet to lobby and i did have something urgent & confidential to discuss with my friend which shall not be discuss in the lobby or public location, but he also rejected that i shall back to room and take the cash or card to pay immediaely. as a matter of fact, i have never meet such kind of stupid request with all hotel in the world even in Dubai many five stars hotel. i think your staff has greatly insult my private right as UAE is highly comply with GDPR(Generate data protection regulation). and i will contact with Dubai Tourism & Dubai DED for further complainant to get the right solution. also, i will share all the information to my hotel booking agent.

The hotel location is very good and has parking also but keep your original passport with u otherwise they will not allow inside

Landmark Premier Hotel is located in a great spot, and the hotel itself is amazing. The room was clean, and the overall facilities were impressive. However, there are some areas where the staff could improve. My personal experience with the staff was not up to my expectations. At the reception, I was told that visitors were not allowed to enter the room I had paid for. This rule seemed quite strange to me, as I could not find anything about it on the hotel’s website. When I asked the receptionist if this was a law enforced by the UAE government, the response was unclear and did not provide a satisfactory answer. This left me confused, so I went to a nearby hotel to inquire if they had similar rules. They informed me that they did not have any such policy. Be aware of this before you book…..

The hotel facilities were average, but the location is very good.

Pleasant stay in a clean, cozy hotel. They clean the rooms every day, the rooms are nice, and the amenities just fine. It's walking distance from the metro, and affordable for Dubai in terms of qualitaty-price ratio.

Good travel to Dubai. Only bathroom water is warm. Others are ok.
