We were very grateful for Lelisa for accomodating our requests. We were given a room with great views of Dubai Burj Khalifa and Museum of the Future. The room was huge in size and the spa shower and bath has a view to die for. We stayed in room 3204. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from. The location is just opposite the World trade center, just a few stations before Burj Khalifa and Deira. All the staffs from the valet to room service cleaning were very friendly. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Staying at VOCO Dubai is one of the best decision I made for your Dubai trip. Our rooms are spacious compared to most hotels on Sheikh Zayed Road, also offering stunning city view overseeing the Museum of the Future. If the room window glasses had less stains, we could take more beautiful pictures in our room. Front desks staff are efficient and attentive to our needs. Breakfast has a great variety of foods, from fresh juice to fresh-brew coffee, from made-to-order omelette to Arabic dish. If time allows, please go to Window's Bar at the top floor, have a good beer and onions rings!

I recently stayed at the hotel, and my experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Happy from the reception. From the moment I checked in, Happy's warm and welcoming demeanour made me feel like a valued guest. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in ensuring my stay was comfortable went above and beyond my expectations. Happy's dedication to customer service is commendable, and her positive attitude left a lasting impression. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated and personable staff member. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Happy. She also gave us free cookies! 🙂 Room - we got the view of the Museum of the Future from the toilet, however the view from the room was blocked by external almunum cladding. It’s find though as most of the time we were outside and enjoying the sightseeing in Dubai. Breakfast - we enjoyed the special dishes that changes daily! I hope more choices of dishes. The special dishes such as the avocado toast and steak and eggs are the best!! Love it! Fresh fruits and juices are great! Concierge - fast and efficient, helped me to call for a taxi (though the hotel taxi was initially offered - price is x2 of the normal taxi). Housekeeping - reliable. They did a great job making our room tidy and nice to rest after a long day. Check-out - as our flight is still at 9pm, we were allowed to stay in the room until 2pm and they allowed us to use the club lounge until 6pm FOC. Room is spacious with superb view. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I have asked for packed breakfast and they got it arranged for me. Staff also helped for an early checked in.

It was our countless time staying in this hotel since it's centrally located along Sheikh Zayed road. Julien at front desk was very helpful. The room was of a decent size and clean.

The hotel is located very near from the exhibition center. The room cleaning service was not bad. I don’t know why they didn’t clean up the room during the daytime. I didn’t asked for not cleaning. And the serious one was the electric coffee pot. It was really dirty. I cannot use them. I experienced similar situations last time. So I brought my own electric pot. The breakfast was quite nice. alll in all not bad.

Great location and room view. Can see Museum of the Future and SZR. Has mini mart and pharmacy nearby. Many dining options in and next to hotel. Will return next time we are in Dubai.

Walking distance to the expo, near to restaurants. Impecabble service and pleasant friendly attitude among the staff. Felt very welcomed and will definitely stay here again for the next visit.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Great value for money

This hotel suits with people who would like to go to the World Trade Center , Dubai because it is quite opposite side of the World Trade Center. Also, it is near metro, so it is easy and convenient for transportation. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. For breakfast, there are many kinds of food and beverage for you to choose. I recommend carrot juice which is so fresh.
