Nice hotel right above a mall. Staff are nice. Very close to the airport! The view from the room is good! Very big room!

Amazing hotel, rooms are clean and spacious and the toiletries used are high quality. Located in a central area of Dubai easy access to everything. The metro is 3 minutes walk from Hotel. Only downside is that it’s difficult to get taxi in that area unless you booked it.

Good service with helpful and friendly people around. Hotel is only about 7 minutes walk to metro and just beside Wafi mall. Also 10 minutes drive from airport. Complimentary late checkout as my flight was in the late evening. Appreciate it so much 👍👍👍

The staff were so polite, helpful and attentive. I will mention by name Khawla and Barakat on the front desk who helped me with my checkout and were very gracious even though I was a few minutes late. It pains me that I cannot recall the name of the gentleman who checked me in when I arrived in the middle of the night and up-graded me to a large and comfortable suite for which I am also extremely grateful. The lobby is magisterial in its beauty and the rooms are spotlessly clean. I booked through trip.com and the value was outstanding! A room like this would be literally 5 times the price in Australia. It’s a pity I was only staying for one night on this occasion but I would have no hesitation about returning or recommending it to a friend.
