Ulasan Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel

Excellent… as a regular worldwide traveller, this is amongst some of the hotels I cannot fault. Breakfast timing 6am till noon… variety excellent. Fitness center clean and spacious. Infinity pool perfect temperature. Steam/Sauna is a must

It was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were awesome and clean. The breakfast was the best point and I really like it, so I highly recommend it for everyone.

Good hotel, with clean and spacious rooms. We got caught up in the flood, however, so it was impossible to go anywhere by taxi for two days.

It will be perfect if the service time of the swimming pool could be extended.

The Great Cosmopolitan is a nice hotel, Great Staff from the General Manager to the beautiful greeting crew, security and room service.

Very clean, friendly staff, and generous rooms. Proximity to the metro is a plus, but is way too crowded to use reliably.

Very good, but breakfast is during peak hour and need to queue up. The overall room is clean and comfortable

absolutely amazed at the perfect service given.. friendly staff all round and perfect location not far from train station .. cheap food outside too compared to what im used to paying at JBR walk.. you can enjoy 5* luxury at an affordable price The breakfast was nice and the cleaning facilities spot on.. even the spa on the rooftop was great.. will definately be back

Normally hotel

Hotel rooms are quite spacious however a lot of improvement required in breakfast menu specifically in hot items, at least two Indian breakfast items to be kept everyday to make it real continental breakfast. Absence of Indian menu in breakfast is frustrating and undesirable.

We really had a great room, everything was clean, and even got a nice upgrade! Friendly people everywhere and the breakfast was really good! A lot of choices and all tasted well!

Not my first stay at this hotel. Everything as usual amazing)

The location is near a metro station. It provides shuttle bus service too. Love the breakfast here. Only thing that can be improved is the qualoty of shampoo and dental kit provided. The hotel even gave an early check in.
