Poor experience, the establishment is a 4 star at best, poor performance, horrible hospitality. Nothing in this hotel is coordinated. When the shower in our room didn’t work, no one bothered for hours to check on the issue. We couldn’t take our rest, waiting for any action, none provided, so in the end we went downstairs ourselves to face the desk representatives. Back to our room: not working shower (changed the room after a few hours being ignored on this request); canalization and mold smell, no facilities as such: bathrobes, slippers (provided after asking). Dirty breakfast lounge, though the breakfast itself is fine, good on options, not so good on freshness. There are some great and friendly people in staff here, most are non caring, not managed and simply have no clue. Unfortunate combination when it comes to a good management. The best here is a central location in the heart of the Citywalk, close proximity to down town and the airport. The rest is a disappointment. Taking this hotel off our booking and travel system recommendations. Will be advising the partners to do the same.
