Had a great stay at Dusit D2 Kenz. The modern property and the amazing staff, especially Khyam and Ranjan, made me feel right at home with their friendly and helpful attitude. The pool had a great view, but it closes at 8 PM it would be better if it stayed open until 10. Thai restaurant, along with the breakfast, was fantastic—though more live cooking stations would be a nice touch. The metro station is nearby, but a back entrance to the hotel would make access more convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend it!

The service has been great since the time we arrived at the hotel. All the facilities were accessible according to the hotel policy and it was always clean upon arrival and hotel staff cleaned immediately after the facility has been used. The food at the restaurants was also filling and they also have promotions according to hotel capacity or the season. The only thing that was a little glitch was the duration it takes for water to heat as well as the slow drainage from shower water. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely go back to stay there again!

My room smell was not fresh Constant coughing for few days Breakfast collection is basic. You have to pay extra charge for fresh coffee
