The service at this hotel is outstanding! The staff members are very helpful and humble. The housekeeping service is efficient and polite, and room service is quick with good food. The laundry service is also reasonably priced and effective. While there may be some noise issues due to a few clubs in the building, I recommend guests choose rooms on the middle floors to minimise disruption. Overall, the accommodations are excellent and provide great value for the price!

When we arrived to check in they said your booking is canceled as we are the new owners and the previous owners did not leave us the file of bookings after lot of arguments they finally gave us the room there is a club on first floor lots of noise in room till 3.00 am than in the morning when I went for shower there was NO hot water I would NOT recommend this hotel also it is a outdated hotel

the location hotel is good near every were, but for faclities and security must have to be focus to upgrade.

This hotel rocated in very good place. The problem was there's clua in hotel and I could hear the sound even in my room and couldn't sleep well. I NEVER recommend for muslim people, especially for family.

Was acceptable for a quick stay. Fairly clean. Had a nice view. I heard music from a local bar but was ok. Staff bellboy was helpful rushed to get the luggage.

The most notable downside to my stay was the noise issue. The hotel has two clubs, and unfortunately, the soundproofing in the rooms seemed inadequate. I could hear the booming music and noise from the clubs from 7 pm until 4 am, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. I had to resort to using earplugs to drown out the noise, which was less than ideal for a hotel experience. In summary, the Al Khaleej Palace Deira Hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, but the noise issue from the nearby clubs can be a significant drawback for those seeking a peaceful night's sleep. If you're a light sleeper or value a quiet environment, it's worth considering this factor before booking your stay at this hotel.

Booked for Queen size bed, then when we arrived for check in rhey said not available, we upgraded for 100 extra to suit, then when we are checking out they ask to pay 70 aed more, and they don't know for what

The hotel is close to Union Station, but the hotel facilities are quite old. I booked a single room when I checked in, but the cleaning was late, so I was changed to a suite twin room, which was comfortable, but the hotel itself is old, and there is a nightclub on the first floor of the hotel, so I can't sleep well because of the music until 3 a.m.
