Ulasan Studio M Al Barsha Hotel by Millennium

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my impeccably clean and comfortable and big room. The room itself was well-appointed, with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The view from the room was stunning, adding to the overall ambiance.the dining staf was friendly and helpful to the guests as well, the house keeping was very helpful, actually all the staff in this hotel was friendly people and smiling as well with the guests, The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. What truly setting the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction is commendable.

Convenient and Near Mall Of The Emirates and Near By Restaurants and Laundry Shop. Also a Short Walk To The Metro Station

Location wonderful, only thing I don’t like is the staff team in reception not really helpful, I booked by mistake tow separated bed, and I requested from them to change to king they said not available while hotel is free

Comfortable bed, strategic location (near to Metro and Mall of Emirates) and friendly staff.

The hotel is new and the location is also good, The receptionist Mr. Chaithanya is the only one person who were with a pleasant behavior and character in the whole hotel. The security officer Mr. Junaid, with a rude and arrogant character, and he is staring at every customer visiting the hotel. And he is placed in the reception and it’s really was a discomfort. We are questioned like we are in the jail by the security. The access card of the hotel is having permission only to our floors, myself along with my friend booked the hotel, in the two separate floors. Due to the limitations myself had to go down every time if I need to go to my friends room, which was completely uncomfortable. The date of check in, my friends visited the hotel and not permitted to enter and we’re held outside due to not carrying original ID or passport, they were on visiting visa and were having only the copies, again Mr. Mohammed the receptionist with a rude attitude, on the second day of our stay me and my friend were outside the rooms were locked, in my absence the house keeping entered my rooms without informing us for cleaning, but the rooms were still left without proper cleaning and not properly arranged. All my belongings were inside the room, (Laptop / wallet / perfumes ) thank god notjing musing. Not properly cleaned and when we questioned this the response of the receptionist were very rude. I do not recommend this hotel to any of my friends, but again I would like to mentioned the Humble character of Chaithanya of uttarakhand from India, he is the only reason for us to stay in the hotel for 2days.
