Before arrival, staff contacted us to remind us about the significant temperature difference and advised us to dress warmly. We definitely experienced it firsthand; it was very cold. The hotel's location is quite good, right next to the ancient city. The service is excellent; they help with luggage, and there's convenient parking. The environment is nice; I recommend it.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the ancient city, and not far from the high-speed rail station 🚅. The best part is that it has a parking lot 🅿️ – highly recommend! The front desk service is great; they contacted me in advance to help with my luggage and take it to my room. The room was clean and tidy, and they even decorated it. They also provided oxygen for a while.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the old town and close to the high-speed rail station. The room was clean and tidy. Most importantly, they contact you beforehand to provide directions and important information. It's been quite cold in Shangri-La recently, so thick coats are needed, but the room has floor heating and is very warm. Highly recommend!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the North Gate of Dukezong Ancient City. There's a wide variety of delicious local food options around the hotel. The hotel's architecture features traditional ******* characteristics, making it perfect for photos – you'll get some really great shots! The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the rooms are clean and tidy with soft, comfortable bedding. I slept wonderfully! There's also a dedicated parking lot, and you can even rent oxygen concentrators, which is super convenient! Highly recommended!

Nice hotel. The special offer room was a great deal at just over 200 RMB. Service was good. The room was kept quite clean, and the location is excellent – right on the edge of the ancient town, almost feeling like it's part of it. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I have to give this a great review! I've always wanted to come here, and I finally made it during the holidays. We chose this Tibetan-style hotel near the old town. The price wasn't expensive, and after a lot of searching, we finally settled on this one. The architecture alone is beautiful, perfect for some brag-worthy photos. The young lady at the front desk was very attentive; she contacted us in advance, came out to greet us, helped us with our luggage – walking a few steps in this altitude really makes you out of breath – and even took our bags to the room. Although the room wasn't huge, it was cozy and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. 👍🏻 Plus, it's right next to the old town, so it's super convenient for sightseeing and eating. Highly recommend it! Stop looking around, this is the place!
