Maybe just the food since i am not used of the food But above all it’s comfortable and safe. Отель соединен с Роял Аскот , есть небольшой бассейн и шезлонги где можно позагорать. Нам достался номер на 2 этаже, с одной кроватью (не очень большая), вид из окна не очень - на обшарпанные стены соседнего здания. Но расположение отеля вполне удачное в плане самостоятельных передвижений на общественном транспорте- рядом (1 минута) остановка автобусная, и станция метро (8 минут) зеленая ветка. В отеле все индийское - запахи , музыка, люди, как и сам район БурДубай )

The location of this hotel is very good. It is located in an area which is very close to a variety of restaurants and shops and it is very likely to get a taxi very quickly.

Amazing, upgraded room as it was my birthday. Very clean, food is lovely. Pictures are taken from video so not as clear however I was on the 48th floor with the city view. Great customer service. I would visit again!

我和太太於2024年三月三十一日入住杜拜香格里拉酒店，第一印象已經非常滿意，酒店大堂寬敞、明亮、佈置幽雅！所有員工服務態度有禮、誠懇、細心！ 而最驚喜是把我們所訂的普通房間升級至豪華貴賓房，雖然當時祇是上午十一時許，他們一方面引領我們到41樓的休閑室，享受茶點，另一方面立即分配在40樓的貴賓房間給 我們休息，非常貼心！ 另外，我們也嘗試過酒店內著名的越南餐廳，食物不止多款式，而且味道美味、賣相亦吸引！ 總括逗留在酒店的三日兩夜，百份百有賓至如歸，甚至有點受龎若驚的感覺！哈哈！ 下次若有機會再來杜拜旅行，我們一定再選擇入住這香格里拉酒店！

Sebelum datang ke sini, saya melihat beberapa komen di Ctrip mengatakan bahawa perkhidmatan itu tidak begitu baik dan didiskriminasikan terhadap orang Asia, tetapi saya tidak menghadapi situasi sedemikian, malah saya rasa perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Pertama sekali, ada seorang kakak Cina di lobi Jika anda mempunyai sebarang soalan, anda boleh bertanya kepadanya. Seterusnya, saya bertemu dengan dua meja depan Wanita tempatan yang pertama memberi saya kupon pengalaman minum petang percuma kerana saya perlu menunggu bilik ketika mendaftar masuk. Deposit hotel adalah 2,000 dirham setiap malam Kawan-kawan yang bercadang untuk menyediakan wang tunai mesti membawa cukup, jika tidak, mereka perlu membayar dengan kad kredit seperti saya. Amazing hotel, nice, clean, the staff are amazing!! I can’t praise it enough! I didn’t get the early check in, it’s understandable considering it was super early in the morning. But it’s as good as they let me use all the facilities in the hotel, so I can shower and freshen up as well. Will come back!

Отличный отель, есть свой подземный паркинг, рядом Mall of emirates,в пешей доступности много кафе и ресторанов,до станции метро минут 10 пешком. Бассейн на крыше с видом на отель Парус, в номере кухня,что очень удобно.Недалеко пляж Джумейра 3 и Кайт.
