Отель шикарный, что еще сказать?) все есть для комфортного пребывания . Остановились на одну ночь перед вылетом, очень хорошее постельное белье, 2 подушки на одну кровать, чай/кофе, чайник , утюг, гладильная доска, фен, мыльные принадлежности,
Есть небольшой бассейн. Персонал отличный и очень вежливый .
Расположение отеля конечно не очень- если решите общественным транспортом. Мы рискнули )) от станции EXPO2020 доехали на автобусе F55 (ходит каждые 20-30 минут) и после остановки ближайшей от отеля надо идти лесом-полем непонятно как потому что тротуаров там нет🤷♀️
Кстати, Есть бесплатный шатл-бас до аэропорта, им мы и воспользовались, за 5 минут довез. но он ходит с 4 утра , как я поняла .

This is a new property and worth for money. The breakfast they provided us was awesome. The property is very clean and they have lot of parking slots. Very easy access to the Al maktoum Airport and they providing shuttle bus services to nearby location including jumeira beach and ibnu battuta mall. We had a good breakfast with my kid also because they have kids play area inside the restaurant.

Отличная квартира прямо у входа в метро. Сюда же приезжает автобус из аэропорта Аль Мактум. Если летите туда/оттуда, то отличный вариант.
Есть вся необходимая техника, включая стиралку. Идеально на долгий период, но, единственное, долго ехать на метро до центра и по максимальной цене.
Рядом можно отлично погулять в Экспо.

MMRD33Stayed at this hotel for the location close to my meetings , everything seem fine, I liked the gym even no body soap, no shampoo nothing , I found it pleasant, chilled cafe , I liked it , staff seemed friendly UP UNTIL one night after 10pm to my horror a member of the hotel pushed open the doors no knocking nothing , I just a shower so and was undress fully , he starred and froze at me until I need to shout to him so he close the door . The hotel manner of dealing with it was unbelievable the front of office manager Mr Hazem Mohammed stopped in the lobby to offer his apology I found that totally unprofessional and unacceptable, he then offered me to have coffee to which I refused. I demanded to know why the man came into my room where was he going why wasn’t he trained enough to comprehend to knock first .. the hotel would just say that he made a mistake for another room , for me that wasn’t good enough, they did nothing to show that they cared or wanted to make me feel better, they just brushed it off as if it was no big deal , for me it was ..I had to put my luggage in front the door Incase another man walked in without knocking during the night, slept with all the lights on . I really wanted to know why he came to my room why.. NO SOLID REASON 😔🤬
They refused to give a part refund or even a gesture they were concerned . Disgusting and bad management allow this to happen and they couldn’t wait for me to leave , when I came to check out they all made themselves looked busy, no one said anything, no one gave no eye contact , shame on you if you read this .
That’s not how you treat women that’s not how you make your guest feel, why you couldn’t give me a valid reason because you yourself don’t have one …

SSam LionIt’s our best stay in Dubai. To be honest it’s a great hotel, great location and staff super kind and nice from receptionist to restaurant waiter, specially Sudip our housekeeper is always kept our room clean and fresh. I definitely recommend to someone who wants to visit Dubai to stay with this hotel.

VVishnu GopalakrishnanStayed at JA beach Hotel for our wedding anniversary Aug 23rd. We enjoyed the stay alot.. It was a great experience and location is awesome.From the entrance of the hotel onwards we received a nice hospitality by Nilantha and Jianna from reception makes our checkin very fast.Once reached room got a surprise anniversary cake and nice decorated bed. Room was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed pool bar and Basil was good in service.. Ghulam and mark antony was also very helpful with us. All the staff are very friendly. Night we orderd in room dining food and it was very tasty. My daughter liked the pool and enjoyed alot there.. Special mention to all engineering team and housekeeping team to keep the place beautiful as always..
Few areas noticed to improve is bathroom amenities bottles are very difficult to use. It is very hard and couldn't get the shower gel/shampoo etc properly. Also breakfast buffet there was no indian options only one item Rajma curry was disgusting.. I checked with chefs is there any other options but they told only this item available and they are not even botherd to offer with any suggestions which makes us feel bad..
Totaly it was an excellent stay and enjoyed the wonderful ambience with my family on our wedding anniversary.

Pelapik, megah dan berskala besar untuk masa itu, masih menimbulkan kekaguman hingga ke hari ini. Kami menghabiskan lebih daripada tiga jam meneroka seluruh kapal, dan saya fikir kami masih tidak melihat banyak. Terima kasih kerana memelihara sejarah, kita boleh menyentuhnya sedikit.
