The hotel accommodations are cozy and well-priced, offering good value for money. The Turkish restaurant within the hotel is a highlight, providing a delightful experience. You can enjoy a delicious à la carte breakfast for just 25 AED, which is an excellent deal, along with other tempting breakfast options. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, always ready to guide you through the extensive menu. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Rosel and her colleagues for their outstanding service. They truly deserve a bonus for their hard work and dedication.

المطعم نظيف والفطور الصباحي كان جيدا ومتنوعا ،Raju جيد جدا وخاصة بوجود الموظفين محترمين وتعاملهم جيد مع النزلاء Rajuوخاصة عندما يكون لهم قائد اسمه انصح الجميع بزيارة الفندق والمطعم الفندق هادئ والغرف نظيفة، بالنسبة للإستقبال كل الموظفين جيدين، فقط هناك سلبية وحيدة وهي ان المسبح غير منظم وان العديد من النزلاء ينزلون بملابسهم اليومية وليس بلبس سباحة مخصص غير ذلك كل شيء جيد فندق يستحق الزيارة

1. 5 hours to ( check in ) one of the rooms ( from 3 PM to 8 PM ) ( reservition 2 conected rooms family with children ) 2. They refuse to upgrade the rooms ( when I asked during the problem ) and tell me they will charg me the rooms price . 3. U have to chang elevators to reach the rooms ( 2 elevetors from loby to 5th floor ” take time” slow . Then 4 elevators to the rooms with room cards ” good time ” . 4. Small loby , crawded , no coffe shop .

It was our 1rst experience with Trip.com and really was afraid that my reservation could go wrong, to my surprise all went great at the hotel we got room upgraded to a big suite room with 2 bathrooms a separated kitchen area and big sitting/dining room, and 2 TVs in the suite. Hotel’s atmosphere is bit old fashioned but is ok as we were in a Business trip. Hotel is 200m away from metro station very convenient. Our room was perfectly isolated and away from the street, bed and mattress was very comfortable, size of the room is good. In the cupboard you’ll find shirts iron and it’s stand, a safe, a body weighing scale… Kitchen fully equipped with microwave, fridge, washing machine, cooktop, hood, kitchen utensils… Stuff was friendly too. Lots of restaurants and mini markets around the hotel too. A recommended place to stay in Dubai

Hotel parking entry is almost 100 meter away but below that Hotel. Searching was a task All equipment are old i.e. bath tub was rusted but even old other equipment were maintained Staff was good
