ng di lima di mana perkhidmatan benar-benar melebihi jangkaan saya. Perhatian kakitangan terhadap perincian dan penjagaan tulen mr shail dan sharaswthi membuat penginapan saya tidak dapat dilupakan. Daripada sambutan hangat semasa daftar masuk kepada cadangan yang diperibadikan sepanjang penginapan saya, setiap interaksi adalah luar biasa. Dedikasi mereka untuk memastikan pengalaman yang selesa dan menyeronokkan terserlah. Saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada sesiapa yang mencari penginapan yang benar-benar luar biasa!”

الفندق ممتاز اجمالا وخاصة موظفي الاستقبال ”كمال المصري” كما ان خدمة الغرف على مدار الساعة وسريعة. المطاعم -المطعم في الدور M الطعام رائع ومتنوع اما الدور 29 المطعم اسباني. كما ان المسبح الموجود فسيح وجميل ويوجد شاشة عملاقة لعرض المباريات. السلبيات: الحقيقة انها لا تكاد تذكر ولكن النوافذ بالغرفة لا تفتح لتغير الجو فيها.

酒店員工：非常有禮，友善热情，能有效替客人解决問題 酒店建設：除了建築新及灯光照明光之外，不值一提 房間：房間極小，，行李箱要放在通道，大床不夠長，我1.7米高睡下了，腳都在床尾外 。花灑水壓很弱，第一晚淋浴勉強可以，但花了很長時間，第二晚要洗頭的話，根本不可能。幸好投訴後，立刻有員工上來調較，終於解決問題。 位置：非常不方便，四周只有一間小型便利店、洗衣店，而且周圍都是建築地盤。附近没有metro 或公共交通，只可call 車。酒店有shuttle 去Mall of Emirates, Circle Mall ,同沙灘，但每日只有一班車。 價錢：26平方的房間要近$1000晚，性价比低

The service is good, the facilities are also good, the location is good as well , the only one problem was that the room cleaning was done only twice weekly.

Upon my arrival, I was impressed by the check-in process. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making the entire experience smooth. I appreciated their professionalism and the swift manner in which all formalities were completed. The staff provided me with clear information about the “Izzzi Life Mint’s amenities” and local attractions, which added a personal touch to the service. The Management at “Izzzi Life Mint” exemplifies consideration, kind attention and great skills in ensuring their operations run efficiently. It was evident that there was a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, as the team was proactive in addressing any queries or concerns that arose. Their ability to maintain a “calm and welcoming environment”, even during busy periods, reflects excellent #Leadership. I was particularly impressed with the prompt organization of services. Whether it was the ease of accessing my room or the quick response to any requests I made: everything was handled with impressive speed and care. This attention to detail made a significant difference in my experience. Moreover, #Hygiene standards were exemplary. The Izzzi Life Mint has clearly placed a tremendous emphasis on cleanliness, with visible measures in place to ensure that all areas are well-maintained and sanitized. This commitment made me feel secure and comfortable during my stay, which is especially important in today’s travel environment. Overall, my experience with the team at “Izzzi Life Mint” has been fantastic. Each interaction with the staff has left me feeling valued and heard. I believe that providing feedback is essential in helping them improve, so I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts.
