The amenities inside the room is not upto standard. Hand towels, dental kit being charged extra is unacceptable. Providing just 1 large towel when the occupancy is double. The refrigerator inside the room didn't work. Atleast 2 bottles of water must be provided. Breakfast was limited options for vegetarians.

It’s a nice place but needs a lot of improvements. The wash basin is near the bed instead of being inside the washroom. The reflection of the person using the washroom and the bathroom can be seen in the room as well, and hence it’s not a good place for family members to be in. The lights are pretty bad in the night, which gives it a feeling of being a gloomy kind of a place. We have to pay for the dental kit and slippers, things which are free in some of the other better hotels. We had requested for some coffee creamers but it never came. The location is good as it is at a walking distance from a metro station and Irish Village.

The room at the location was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at the reception can improve their customer service as they were occupied and seemed to be in a hurry, which resulted in not being able to listen to the guests attentively. However, the location itself was impressive. The breakfast served was decent, but there is room for improvement. The staff member, Nalaka, who prepared the omelettes was friendly and welcoming, and the eggs were consistently prepared nicely. If you are looking for a comfortable stay, this location is a great option, and the bed will make sure you get a good rest.
