Hotel Dubai dengan Sarapan

Reka bentuk keseluruhan bilik agak selesa, bilik air cukup besar, ada cermin besar, anda boleh mengambil gambar wanita cantik sesuka hati, variasi sarapan juga bagus, jika anda suka kurang orang, jangan kira! Kerana terdapat terlalu ramai orang! Anda boleh masuk dan keluar dari restoran seberapa banyak yang anda mahu untuk sarapan pagi. Apabila kami pergi ke sana pada pukul 6 pagi, terdapat sangat sedikit orang, jadi rasanya baik apabila kami berjalan-jalan dan pergi lagi pada pukul 11 ​​pagi, beratur panjang. Dengan cara ini kami dapat menjimatkan wang untuk makan tengah hari 🤩 Terutamanya kerana kami tidak melihat mana-mana restoran semasa kami meninggalkan hotel. Sebab kereta hotel kena naik turun kat Gate 2, mesti semua orang ambil perhatian⚠️

Очень понравилась гостиница! Сервис отличный! Еда на высшем уровне ! Номера отличные ! Довольна. ! Приветливый персонал русскоговорящий (меня встретила девушка на ресепшене, очень приятная и учла все пожелания) Еще мне дали купол в ресторан) очень приятно! И продлили номер без оплаты👀 вдвойне приятно 🙏🏽 Когда я выезжала мне подарили подарки 👀 благодарю 🙏🏽 Еще мне понравилось безопасность в отеле, много охраны и спасателей !!!

Nice new freshly designed hotel, super convenient for meetings in Media City and commute around as there is a metro and it is at the start of Palm Jumeirah. Room was very large with kitchen and nice views over the water including a fireworks on Saturday… cool.

Located right @ the entrance of the Dubai Financial Centre metro train 🚂 station, its most convenient to travel around with ease. Comfy & cosy room with beautiful decor, boasting the panoramic view of Dubai iconic Burg Khalifa. Great F&B selection for breakfast, spoilt for choice. Staff are warm, friendly & helpful. But awaiting for the lift arrival is a next level challenge 😂

Kali ini saya tinggal di pemandangan laut pada asalnya saya ingin menaik taraf kepada pemandangan tapak tangan tetapi tidak ada ruang yang tersedia. Sebelum datang ke sini, saya melihat beberapa komen di Ctrip mengatakan bahawa perkhidmatan itu tidak begitu baik dan didiskriminasikan terhadap orang Asia, tetapi saya tidak menghadapi situasi sedemikian, malah saya rasa perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Pertama sekali, ada seorang kakak Cina di lobi Jika anda mempunyai sebarang soalan, anda boleh bertanya kepadanya. Seterusnya, saya bertemu dengan dua meja depan Wanita tempatan yang pertama memberi saya kupon pengalaman minum petang percuma kerana saya perlu menunggu bilik ketika mendaftar masuk. Persekitaran yang sangat baik dan terdapat air pancut muzik mempunyai bilik. Apabila saya pergi untuk mendapatkan kad bilik saya, saya bertemu dengan seorang lelaki Jerman yang kacak dan memberikan perkhidmatan yang baik sangat berpuas hati, itulah yang saya mahukan di bawah ini restoran Sepanyol Jaleo disyorkan. Saya telah memeriksa restoran ini di Xiaohongshu dan hampir tiada siapa yang menyiarkan tentangnya. Sangat berpuas hati, mengatasi banyak yang dipanggil restoran berbintang Michelin Gambar terakhir yang saya pesan dan harganya disiarkan. Satu lagi item bonus adalah dunia air di Atlantis lama di sebelah dan mempunyai pelbagai jenis Ia mempunyai setiap hidangan yang boleh anda fikirkan. p.s. Deposit hotel adalah 2,000 dirham setiap malam Kawan-kawan yang bercadang untuk menyediakan wang tunai mesti membawa cukup, jika tidak, mereka perlu membayar dengan kad kredit seperti saya. Secara peribadi, saya rasa saya perlu tinggal beberapa malam lagi

Great location with great view. Direct access to Dubai Mall is definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness of the hotel need to be improved. The bathroom has got a lot of water stains.

Staying for 16 days with the family. First week was great bar the meals at dinner. Beach at Hilton was great, the rooms great, location good. We went half board so we had to eat in a pub type restaurant called speakeasy where people were smoking drinking and playing pool. We attended twice and then stopped. Muslim family and not happy to dine where people watching the football smoking an drinking whilst trying to eat. First time eating the food was bland and we ordered a chicken burger, it was raw so they made another burger but obviously not enjoyable. Second time the staff put our whole order on someone elses table then after a few minutes took it off their table an put it on ours. (God knows if it was touched or coughed on) We decided we were not going there again. Spoke to reception who said we can order room service to our room rather than eat at speakeasy. This was great for a few days but the menu never changed and got boring and eating where we slept was becoming un enjoyable. We then told housekeeping there was an odd smell in the bathroom so he cleaned the bathroom. Smell was still there all whilst having to eat our food in the room. We then complained and they came to fix the smell as it was getting worse. He came and sprayed something in the floor vent. At 2am a few days later we heard a bang and water grushing, it came from a boiler room so we called reception and they sent someone out, he turned the water off but hadnt said so, so in the morning both rooms had no water so we could not take showers and we missed breakfast as they came to fix the issue whilst we waited (no offer of room change either). Tried to go to the hilton beach as had for past 9 days and they said its now chargable, nobody informed us of this change and they said they only just found out but then this should have been stated on arrival that its not normality and can change any day instead just go and take a towel and go to the public beach on the sand as theres no beds! Pool bar not open so you have to order from the lifeguard who calls room service and waiting to get a drink of water in the heat, which is not sign posted so you would not know. You just think the pool bar is closed as its shutter down. So thankful for Shaban an his team who truly looked after us with food and we attended his restaurant on the 2 days it was allowed to open, apart from that the food was not good. Highly recommend Shaban so professional caring sympathetic and respectful to our needs. He needs a promotion and pay rise as he goes above and beyond for the care of visitors! On day of leaving we went to get a quick lunch at jones grocery and the lady said i have to check if you missed any meals to see if your eligible to eat! We said we have missed a few so its fine, had us waiting a while which became ridiculous and embarrassing so we just left. Met with guest relations and didnt get any sympathy or an apology for the inconveniences caused which led me to make this complaint. I totally understand the situation in Dubai with closures and staffing as i am a frequent visitor but i do not feel we were completely not respected not taken care of correctly and my children did not have a good time at the hotel. Unfortunately i feel as though i would not stay here again.

I have booked for king bed room. Unfortunately when I came for check in my room was with connection door inside with other room. Then I request to change the room. But receptionist informed me that no king size room available and he recommend me twin room, which I did not expect. This was useless for me to book the room in advance.

Hotel is very nice and the price is not super expensive. The location is not very ideal and the connections to other places is not that easy especially at peak hours. Most empty taxies were booked and refused to drive.

3 star at a max for Dubai. I guess having a club enhances the star rating but this is not to say it is poor, but rooms need upgrading.  It serves a specific client group, this definitely defeats the Accor Standards and not good enough of management to say “well they are 90% of our guest”.  I choice to say as the price ratio was good for the night but if the stay was longer I would have ran away! Would I come back, not likely unless Accor Head office does some serious head banging!
