What did we like: We like the spacious rooms The location is next to the train station The luggage and house keeping staff are friendly and helpful Beautiful view from from the apartment The bar was fun to hang out and have a beer What did we not like: We did not get what we booked and paid for at this accommodation. They combined our rooms and called it an upgrade. Rooms were not ready at check in time and we were told to pay more if they gave us the room at 1:30 to leave our bags. The lady at the front had a breakdown and was rude when we asked for the rooms we booked and not their upgrade. Lastly check in and check out takes a min of 20 minutes so be prepared to wait. Experience dated : 06 Feb 2024 All in all, this accommodation is satisfactory.

Akhirnya tiba di JA Hotel di Dubai! Saya pernah menginap di hotel JA di Hatta beberapa kali sebelum ini dan saya sangat menyukainya. Peluang melancong tahun ni tak banyak dan hanya dapat staycation di Dubai, jadi saya pilih JA Palm Tree Courtyard Hotel. Secara umumnya, hotel ini melebihi jangkaan saya. Reka bentuk hotel halaman adalah seperti hotel peranginan Thai. Bilik-biliknya besar. Kami boleh melihat taman di tingkat bawah dari balkoni kami. Peralatan mandian adalah dari Elemis. Walaupun hotel di Dubai tidak dapat membuat bufet, sarapan pagi masih banyak. Terdapat banyak aktiviti di hotel, seperti sukan air, menembak dan menunggang kuda, tetapi saya tidak mahu bergerak, jadi saya berenang di kolam renang dan melakukan spa. Pengalaman hebat, akan kembali lagi.

Hotel was east to get and close to Mashreq metro station. Soon as you walk in you can tell it’s a nice hotel. The check was quick, room was clean and large size. Hotel staff were very helpful and informative about breakfast and dining options. Breakfast was good value for money. Lots of options to choose from with live egg station to have what ever way you want your eggs cooked. Fried, boiled, poached, scrambled, omelette with different toppings. Only downside was there was an event on at the pool. So we couldn’t use it. They said we could enter the event but needed to pay 100 aed (£22). If not then need to go to other small pool. But was a good stay.

اجمل ليالي دبي في هذا الفندق عنوانه الفخامة والرفاهية بامتياز. بالرغم من عدم القدرة الى العودة الى موطني فالموظفون فعلى المستحيل وًاحسست في منزلي! لقد اصبح فندق مندارين اوريانتل المفضل لدي!!! شكر خاص لموظفي التنظيف والفطور.

The drain was clogged with much of hairs in my room, so I had to clean myself for having shower. Dirty. Dirty. Even I couldn’t open the window of my room, soggy and damp. Breakfast was fine. Salad and just enough breads. There was many westerners so there was not rice for Asian people. All kind.

5 to 8 minute walking distance from Gold Souq metro station and the very newly opened hotel. You can go to the most of main places on the metro line easily and so very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was OK. The breakfast was not bad. One problem is that the toilet floor was easily soaked with water from shower. I think the glass compartment on the shower room is too short. Needed to redesign it. I couldn't find any restaurant or market near the hotel.
