The staff are incredibly warm, accommodating & helpful notably Mr Vaseem (Bell Desk) whom chauffeur us around in his buggy 🚙 + Mr Shaiq (Travel expert) whom is superb professional & awesome, showing the best of Dubai to us via the not to be missed Global City theme park & Dessert Safari & Sand Dunes bashing 🚘 🐪 🐫 with buffet dinner & entertainment shows. Shopping 🛒 🛍️ & authentic Emirati cuisine- Jumeriah Kitchen is right @ your doorstep 🛼🛼. We had a best time ever 🍾🥂. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is a full furnished apartment and very spacious . It’ll be a great options for groups, families, and great location if you are in Dubai to buy goods. However, there is a room for improvement when it comes to reception services and amenities

I had an incredible stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to Dubai’s major attractions, and the property itself is stunning with its modern design and luxurious amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit every taste, and the dining experience overall was excellent. What truly made my stay special was the outstanding service provided by the staff specially Mabrouk and Jasmine They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. It’s clear that they take great pride in ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Whether you’re in Dubai for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be returning for future visits!

As a 5 Star Hotel, The Canvas is a decent one for its price. It's also a part of Accor Hotels, which I really liked, as Accor hasn't disappointed me in all my stays across most of its facilities. I booked an Executive King Room with Breakfast. I liked the interior around the hotel and inside the room. The room features an open-air bathtub which is really relaxing and it's also worth noting that they are generous with the complimentary goodies as well. 😉 I liked that I didn't have to request for anything upon arrival as the room is fully equipped, clean, and restocked properly. One thing I noticed though is that the air conditioning is not the best, I found myself sweating so bad during my sleep though I could've easily called for assistance but I'm still half asleep so I let it go. Pool is one of the main things for me whenever I check in. I visited the pool at 8AM (they mentioned upon checking in that it's from 8AM to 7PM and I planned to eat breakfast after a dip in the pool) but I felt dismayed about three main things: 1. It's not open, not even a single soul in the rooftop cleaning the area or preparing the pool. It is blocked with potted plants, barrier posts, tables and (ironically) a sign that says it opens at 8AM. If guests have been informed that it opens at 8AM then it should be open and functional by 8AM. I waited for a good 10 minutes but no one came to open it so I left. 2. The rooftop also converts to a bar at night so you can just imagine that the place is a mess in the morning, they should have someone clean it early in the morning or at least before the pool opens but again no one was there. 3. It didn't look like in the photos. There were a lot of things around that didn't looked like it belonged to a ”rooftop pool/lounge” for me. It's (literally) A bar and A pool cramped altogether in such a small space where it doesn't even feel like it complements each other or even look relaxing in a way. There were 4-5 plastic reclining beds without a ”bed”/foam padding and it's all dusty which could have been actually enough for me to just lay down and stay for awhile to wait until it opens but since it's dusty, I didn't even bother. The rest seems to me like trash from last night's party. Just for reference, Adagio Hotel (an Accor 4-star hotel) has Crate & Barrel for their sunbeds and towels. 🙈 Novotel (4-star hotel) and is also a part of Accor, also have a really nice rooftop pool/bar where you can relax without even the need of using the pool. It's nothing grand in there but it's already nice for me so I really do feel like this is a huge letdown for The Canvas which has a 5-star hotel rating. As for the continental breakfast, it's great as all the staff there were really attentive and hands on deck to assist everyone. They even offered a cake and party sparklers to one of the guest which is commendable as it shows that they care about their guests. They have a live egg station, salad bar, juice corner, meats, pastry, cold cuts, and fruits which is a standard but also complete and satisfactory. Overall, I'd still say that I've enjoyed my stay that I extended for another night. The hotel is decent and their rooms are nice. I'd come back or recommend this to my friends but personally, I would've liked it more if the rooftop pool is maintained properly. Thank you team and all the best for next time ☀️

I stayed 8 Nights in this hotel, in a suite room, room is spacious, clean and neat, bathroom shower was good. Staffs are prompt and helpful, however I feel Frontdesk is not so welcoming but okay, reception area can be improved to give a 5 star hotel feel, no much of complaints, location is okay lot of Indian restaurant nearby, metro is 10 mins walking distance, u get taxi out of the hotel, I had good stay and I recommend this hotel.

Hotel ini membuat kesan yang luar biasa! Saya sangat menyukai sejarah dan jarang, jadi penginapan saya adalah dua kali ganda menyenangkan. Pelapik, megah dan berskala besar untuk masa itu, masih menimbulkan kekaguman hingga ke hari ini. Kami menghabiskan lebih daripada tiga jam meneroka seluruh kapal, dan saya fikir kami masih tidak melihat banyak. Terima kasih kerana memelihara sejarah, kita boleh menyentuhnya sedikit. Bilik-biliknya luas dan bersih. Pelapik berada di pelabuhan, seperti yang sepatutnya) Daerah Deira lama terletak berhampiran, 30 minit berjalan kaki dan anda berada ”di Madinah.” 15-20 minit dengan metro. Saya sangat menyukai hotel ini. Apabila saya kembali ke Dubai, saya akan menempahnya semula.

Great hotel for business and couples. Great staff, very attentive and happy to serve. Thank you Zhanara ( front desk .manager ) for the great check-in. Thank you Angela for the daily wake up call. The breakfast spread was vast, my missus with her gluten allergy was happy with the food offerings. Thank you to the breakfast chef Sneha; head chef Joseph; service staff Devorah and M.D. and the many other staff for making our stay so enjoyable. The Club room was a treat, thank you to Joy and all other staff in there for their attentive service. Our final thanks to Sukhram; Divya for cleaning our room daily and to Umar the pool man.

My 4-night stay at Aparthotel Adagio Dubai Deira was nothing short of fantastic as the hotel is located at the new area of Deira and within 300m away from Gold Souq Metro station. The modern design of the hotel, rooms and facilities added to the overall ambiance and to top it off, a panoramic pool at the rooftop. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay, which truly enhanced my comfort while the service provided by the staff was super friendly and attentive assistance whenever needed. Although the breakfast options were limited and remained consistent each day, it's a haven for vegetarian diners, offering a plenty of vegetarian choices. Overall, Aparthotel Adagio Dubai Deira exceeded my expectations, providing a delightful stay characterized by convenience, style, cleanliness, and exceptional service.

The staff of this hotel will give you a feel of home , very nice guys and girls , very friendly. Hotel itself smells like heaven. Very clean & Proper 5 stars . Location is good but you may better to have a car rented for sightseeing.  Overall I’ll go back again, only because of the staff attitude , cleanness of the hotel

An unforgettable stay perfect from start to finish. The room was impeccably clean and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. Easy access to Mall and Public transport. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking luxury and comfort with family or friends or with kids
