設施：都很新，房間也大，很棒。歡迎水果，晚上的草莓巧克力送的大氣且好吃😋 衞生：很乾凈，打掃衞生的人態度都很好，我們最後走的時候那天，已經離開房間去前台退房了。打掃衞生的小夥子發現我女兒掉了條手鍊在房間，他非常着急，追下來還給我們。拾金不昧很優秀，點大大的贊。 環境：都很漂亮 服務：沒得説，每個人都很好。前台辦理入住女孩態度很好，講解也很細緻。有問必答很耐心。

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to various attractions and the stunning creek views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. From fresh fruits to delicious pastries and hot dishes, there was something for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly service, and excellent breakfast selection!

Kali ini saya tinggal di pemandangan laut pada asalnya saya ingin menaik taraf kepada pemandangan tapak tangan tetapi tidak ada ruang yang tersedia. Sebelum datang ke sini, saya melihat beberapa komen di Ctrip mengatakan bahawa perkhidmatan itu tidak begitu baik dan didiskriminasikan terhadap orang Asia, tetapi saya tidak menghadapi situasi sedemikian, malah saya rasa perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Pertama sekali, ada seorang kakak Cina di lobi Jika anda mempunyai sebarang soalan, anda boleh bertanya kepadanya. Seterusnya, saya bertemu dengan dua meja depan Wanita tempatan yang pertama memberi saya kupon pengalaman minum petang percuma kerana saya perlu menunggu bilik ketika mendaftar masuk. Came back to same Staybridge suites after a cruise and got upgraded for one night stay before flying off. It’s a beautiful hotel, view on high levels are very good and metro is just downstairs. Convenience stores are on left and right of apartment. Many eateries and pharmacies along the whole stretch of road. Staff are courteous and helpful.

My husband and I had our first holiday as a family of three with our 7 month old baby at Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel. We chose this hotel as it had a private beach (we didn’t want to spend time travelling to a beach each day), was located away from the chaos of Dubai, offered a king size bed (I cosleep with my baby), and there was an option for including breakfast (again did not want to spend time searching for or travelling to a breakfast location with a baby). Compared to other surrounding hotels, it is a relatively small and new hotel. However, this only enhanced our positive experience as it added a more personal touch. The valets (sorry I didn’t catch their names!) took our car down to the car park while other members of staff took our luggage to our room. Diana at the front desk was the first team member we met inside and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and clean. Thank you to Arun Gawam from Housekeeping! We enjoyed our coffee pods and Biscoff biscuits provided after each thorough clean. Some reviews mentioned noise but we only heard some drilling upstairs during the day and some music outside on Friday and Saturday night. Neither of these bothered us or our baby. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice with some of the options changing on each day so we had some variety. The welcoming, dynamic staff knew our tea and coffee orders from day one and always greeted us with smiles. We were asked daily if we wanted our eggs cooked in a certain way. This was great because our baby is just getting started on solids. Our baby girl loved seeing all the hardworking, smiley members of staff waving at her every morning. I would particularly like to thank Rojean, Rashmi and Aldrin as well as Fasha, Shiela, Juliet, Dioseth, Anu, Marion, Fhaizan, Amin, Chef Prabin, Chef James, Chef Anyu, Ariz, Sun and Puja. The private beach was a highlight of our holiday. We loved the easy and quick access to the beach with bottles of water and beach towels provided upon arrival. The cabanas were great for privacy as I had to breastfeed my baby on the beach. The WiFi was hit and miss on the beach but I guess that helped us relax more. Thank you to Bidan, Chamodi and Roni for taking care of us there! The only downside for me was the lack of power socket to plug the hairdryer in the bathroom or next to the mirror in front of the bathroom or by the mirror in front of the desk. We had to plug the hairdryer in the socket by the bed and therefore had to dry our hair on the bed, which wasn’t a major issue, just an inconvenience and a little loud right next to our baby. Overall, it was a great holiday experience thanks to each and every member of staff!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family! Gym, pool, and sauna are available.

Everything is brilliant, the service to the cleanliness to the comfy beds! Highly recommend. Clean hotel, very good breakfast. Wahab from breakfast Larder restaurant provided excellent service, very organised. Thank you.

I have booked for king bed room. Unfortunately when I came for check in my room was with connection door inside with other room. Then I request to change the room. But receptionist informed me that no king size room available and he recommend me twin room, which I did not expect. This was useless for me to book the room in advance.

3 star at a max for Dubai. I guess having a club enhances the star rating but this is not to say it is poor, but rooms need upgrading.  It serves a specific client group, this definitely defeats the Accor Standards and not good enough of management to say “well they are 90% of our guest”.  I choice to say as the price ratio was good for the night but if the stay was longer I would have ran away! Would I come back, not likely unless Accor Head office does some serious head banging!

Impeccable service, very friendly staff, cosy rooms with great views to the sea side. You feel here warm and cosily like at home. Location is perfectly convenient, diverse infrastructure all around. I’d like to especially mention and thank Bobur - the reception guy. He is really great and solves all queries in no time 👍.
