We’ve been staying in many 5+ stars hotels around UAE, this one has some obvious details that can really be improved. 1) Sensor tap in washroom: It’s not functioning as expected - timing of water running was either too sensitive or totally missed it. I had a hard time trying to wash my face. 2) shower water control: there were three rotation handles without any indication which does what. Need to learn and try a few times to get it right. 3) breakfast is great: No crazy amount of selections but it will fits my tastebud and cooked well. 4) Bug control especially mosquito: It’ll be nice if they can offer some at table smokers or some spray scent to clear those uninvited friends, it will enhance our whole dinning experience. In general it’s good value for money and high standard hotel, just some adjustments and improvements.

棕櫚島深處的酒店,環境超級好,時間對的話可以看到小兔子,這裡有自己的沙灘,人少,工作人員熱情周到,泳池附近就是冰淇淋車。早餐豐富,可以選擇室內或者室外。我很喜歡酒店那些綠色的綉球,超級好看!

lalat dalam salap: 1) Untuk ujian PCR yang diatur oleh hotel, lima sekeluarga diperiksa dua kali dan mendapati terdapat perbezaan besar dalam caj. Selepas itu barulah mereka sedar bahawa dua unit berbeza telah diaturkan, salah satunya telah mengenakan bayaran berlebihan kepada kami, pihak hotel membuat susulan dan mengendalikannya dengan berhati-hati, dan pengembalian wang tunai lancar pada keesokan harinya. 2) Selepas berjaya menginap selama 3 malam, penginapan pembaharuan pertama berjaya diselaraskan oleh Ctrip. Untuk pembaharuan kedua, pihak hotel tidak memberikan harga yang dirundingkan kerana musim puncak. Ctrip telah berkomunikasi berkali-kali, walaupun ujian PCR yang diatur oleh mereka dibangkitkan dengan pihak hotel. Hotel harus bertanggungjawab ke atas tindakan penipuan institusi dan memperbaharui penginapan pada harga asal. Pihak hotel tidak mempedulikan perasaan tetamu selepas 4 jam. Saya mendaftar keluar dengan tegas dan pergi ke hotel lain untuk menempah suite mewah beberapa kali lebih murah. Kanak-kanak berkata ia lebih baik daripada sahaja. Pengurus yang bertugas berulang kali mengatakan bahawa saya akan membantu mengatur dengan lebih baik pada masa akan datang, dan saya menjawab terus terang: Saya tidak dapat mengendalikannya kali ini, apakah yang boleh saya harapkan pada masa akan datang? 3) Tiada tarikh akhir

The facilities and rooms are great and this hotel has the potential to be excellent but the management and service are terrible, starting from before my arrival until my departure from the hotel: 1. Called guest services to bring down my luggage when I was checking out. Needed 3 attempts to eventually get an answer. I then proceeded to check out but when I went down to the lobby my bags were no where to be found. It took 45 mins to eventually locate my bags with the help of One&Only staff (not Siro staff). My luggage was so late that I missed my flight due to the hotel staff’s negligence. 2. Ordered room service one day and it took 60 minutes to arrive. I attempted to call and follow up on my order multiple times by phone to eventually reach someone by the 5th try. Staff were apologetic but it seems this is a recurring issue. 3. Breakfast service at Arrazuna is also slow. 4. Before arrival, I tried calling the hotel multiple times on multiple days to change my reservation dates and not once did someone answer. They eventually respond to email but within a 48 hour period. 5. Timings communicated by staff and in hotel guide are different to actual timings applied, for example I was told upon check in that breakfast was until 11:30am, but upon arrival to breakfast at 11am was told that it actually closes at 11am. Same situation happened at the pool: I was told at check in that it’s open till 7pm, but was then told to leave by 6:30pm by the pool staff. To conclude, either the hotel is severely understaffed (and it’s currently not even high season), staff are badly trained with badly run management, or a combination of both. I was really looking forward to my stay at Siro and was planning on staying again the following week as I travel to Dubai regularly and the hotel facilities really are perfect for the health conscious traveller, but given this experience I will be looking for a better managed hotel.

By far the best hotel we stayed, even that we travel the world, faultless and seamless transition from the start till the check out. Wow!!!
