I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with everyone being polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Their warm smiles added a nice touch to the stay. The room was spacious and tidy, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the hotel’s location near the airport and connected to a large shopping mall made it incredibly convenient for both leisure and business travelers. One highlight of my stay was the excellent spa facilities. The spa provided a much-needed retreat, and the treatments were top-notch, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. The only minor downside was the check-in time, which seemed a little delayed. However, considering the overall positive experience, it didn’t significantly impact my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay with great service. I will definitely consider returning in the future.

The hotel is one of the oldest hotel in dubai, but it has been refurbished and is now modern. We had a seminar at this hotel and it was convenient. The breakfast was ok. The gym is small but sufficient. Nice scenery from the hotel room. Overall a good stay.

It’s a very nice and comfortable hotel, very clean, fantastic location. The facilities are very good and the general atmosphere for the hotel also very nice and quite. The staff also very good and the food very delicious, the breakfast buffet have so many kinds of different choices. I recommend everyone who come to Dubai to stay at this hotel.

The rooms are very unhygienic the bedsheet were stinking as if not washed for months the lobby area was too dirty and smelly. The ambiance is very bad filled with cheap people. They provide russian and indians, not fit for family. They provide special room service the no is 125 who gives special massages from 11pm to 3am. Theres a lot of noises in the corridors. God knows why the have written only married couples allowed where seriously situation is otherwise. Call girls just fingertips away.
