Hotel Dubai dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Menarik untuk merasai pengalaman menginap di atas kapal... Bilik saya (atau kabin?) mempunyai siling rendah sekitar 2.1 atau 2.2m tinggi. Bilik itu tidak begitu luas. Bilik mandi padat, dan kotak pancuran mandian tanpa pintu terbuka ke arah mangkuk tandas, menyebabkan seluruh bilik mandi basah selepas mandi. Bagi kemudahan,l, berus gigi pakai buang disediakan di dalam bilik; botol syampu, sabun dan perapi dilekatkan pada jenis dinding, tetapi pam tangan sudah haus sehingga tidak keluar, jadi saya membeli produk di kedai serbaneka di lobi. Kebersihan, terdapat rambut di lantai kotak pancuran mandian, dan rambut panjang di atas pelapik katil... bukan milik saya. Penghawa dingin berpusat, dan saya tidak dapat melaraskan (meningkatkan) suhu. Meja penyambut tetamu hotel agak kekurangan kakitangan. Lokasi, saya berada di acara berdekatan pelabuhan Rashid, jadi ia adalah lokasi yang selesa untuk saya, sebab saya memilih hotel ini. Bufet sarapan pagi adalah lengkap dan hebat, dengan masakan India, makanan barat, pastri, salad, buah-buahan, jus, kopi, cheff di lokasi memasak telur dadar meja goreng Kakitangan sangat mesra dan profesional.

What did we like: We like the spacious rooms The location is next to the train station The luggage and house keeping staff are friendly and helpful Beautiful view from from the apartment The bar was fun to hang out and have a beer What did we not like: We did not get what we booked and paid for at this accommodation. They combined our rooms and called it an upgrade. Rooms were not ready at check in time and we were told to pay more if they gave us the room at 1:30 to leave our bags. The lady at the front had a breakdown and was rude when we asked for the rooms we booked and not their upgrade. Lastly check in and check out takes a min of 20 minutes so be prepared to wait. Experience dated : 06 Feb 2024 All in all, this accommodation is satisfactory.

Hotel naprawdę 5*. Obsługa, serwis, śniadania, codziennie świeża pościel. Bardzo dobrze położony, przy samej plaży JBR. Wspaniały basen, ręczniki plażowe do dyspozycji gości. Czysta plaża przy wyjściu z ogrodu, biały piasek. Hotel nie jest nowoczesny ale z w lepszej lokalizacji i z takimi udogodnieniami nie znajdziesz. Krzysztof C.

The location of Carlton Downtown is great. It’s close to the Financial Centre Metro station and only 1 station away from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. You can find food, supermarket, and pharmacy nearby the hotel. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. I stayed in suites which has kitchen and living room apart from the bedroom and bathroom. It’s so spacious! Staff are nice and helpful. You can ask for iron and hair dryer or anything, if you need it. Just call the front desk and they will send it to your room. They clean the room daily, if you request it by hanging the sign at the door. The hotel also has a coffee shop close to the lobby and several restaurants in this building. Moreover they have gym and spa, so you don’t have to find anywhere else. So staying here is very convenient and very worth from what I spent. I recommend Carlton Downtown if you are going to Dubai!

The hotel is ideally situated, offering a commendable location. However, attention to cleanliness and room service requires improvement. Notably, the bathroom's washbasin lacked proper drainage, an issue that persisted despite reporting it to the staff.

Location very close to World Trade Center and environment very friendly and clean. Breakfast was very delicious and friendly staff. Nice trip

Extremely reception team friendly staff mainly Kris Amery, Rameez, Shehan and housekeeping team Jibran... Great rooms and great view... The breakfast food was also great... Ajith and chefs at the Spices restaurant were super friendly and supportive of my needs... Fully recommend...

Stayed at this hotel for the location close to my meetings , everything seem fine, I liked the gym even no body soap, no shampoo nothing , I found it pleasant, chilled cafe , I liked it , staff seemed friendly UP UNTIL one night after 10pm to my horror a member of the hotel pushed open the doors no knocking nothing , I just a shower so and was undress fully , he starred and froze at me until I need to shout to him so he close the door . The hotel manner of dealing with it was unbelievable the front of office manager Mr Hazem Mohammed stopped in the lobby to offer his apology I found that totally unprofessional and unacceptable, he then offered me to have coffee to which I refused. I demanded to know why the man came into my room where was he going why wasn’t he trained enough to comprehend to knock first .. the hotel would just say that he made a mistake for another room , for me that wasn’t good enough, they did nothing to show that they cared or wanted to make me feel better, they just brushed it off as if it was no big deal , for me it was ..I had to put my luggage in front the door Incase another man walked in without knocking during the night, slept with all the lights on . I really wanted to know why he came to my room why.. NO SOLID REASON 😔🤬 They refused to give a part refund or even a gesture they were concerned . Disgusting and bad management allow this to happen and they couldn’t wait for me to leave , when I came to check out they all made themselves looked busy, no one said anything, no one gave no eye contact , shame on you if you read this . That’s not how you treat women that’s not how you make your guest feel, why you couldn’t give me a valid reason because you yourself don’t have one …
