I recently stayed at Welcome Grand Residency, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The beds were super comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. From the smooth check-in process to their prompt service, everything was handled efficiently. Housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Good value for money with a great location. The hotel is a bit outdated, but still pleasant and comfortable, especially the bed. Overall, a solid and convenient stay.

Excellent hospitality and nice food. Neat and clean swimming pool, Great staffs and very humble GM Mr.Dinesh who gave us Warm welcome with welcome drinks. Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

The property is ideally located with walking distance from Promenade beach, secretariat, beach view cafés, the market. The tariff is totally value for money with spacious, neat, and clean rooms. A wide variety of breakfast spread. Overall a memorable stay!

Stay was really good. Located at an accessible place with easy reach to almost all attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly and responded to any requests even at odd hours which is highly appreciated. Overall, a good choice for family or groups

The Radisson Pont du Chery is a hotel of no more than four stars, and it is very far from the main (white) part of the city. It is about 13–14 km away, and the hotel charges USD 20 each way, USD 20 to go and USD 20 to return. So, if someone wants to visit Pont du Chery, the hotel is extremely far. Moreover, there is nothing around the hotel at all—zero, a desert. It is suitable only for those who want to stay isolated from the city and close to the beach (about 500 meters away). Otherwise, it is not suitable for a tourist who wants to visit Pont du Chery🛜🛜🛜 The staff is excellent. The breakfast is good. The reception staff is exceptional

We stayed 1 night in this property..it was a very pleasant atmosphere...very excellent and pleasing staff, friendly behaviour staff..rooms were very neat and clean. We will surely recommend my friends and relatives.
