My sister and I had a lovely experience at the bar. We sat at the terrace. The view was amazing. The drinks were delicious. Our second bartender, Igor, was great! He engaged us in a wonderful conversation and gave some great suggestions. Too bad we had to leave quickly. I will certainly visit the again when I'm back in Dubai. Thank you!

استمتعت جدا باقامتي في الفندق . النظافه وجمال الغرف والخدمة ،والموقع والمرافق الموجودة رائعه سبا ومقهى ومطعم وايضا في نفس المبنى يوجد صالون شعر قريب. اكثر شي اعجبني حرفيه الموظفين خاصة الاستقبال والكونسيرج . الاستاذ احمد سهل لنا كثير واهتم ان اقامتنا تكون مريحة وسعيده من ترتيب المواصلات الى اقتراح افضل المطاعم وبرامج مسليه في دبي

Our sincerest appreciation to Rosa and Charls. They went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home by giving us a rice cooker as a housewarming gift since they may have heard us asking Housekeeping for it (which they didn’t have). At any rate, Rosa & Charls made sure that we had what we needed just when we were about to buy one that day. Their warm hospitality and gesture speak volumes of Ritz-Carlton’s brand of service. A special shoutout as well to Aletta who was very accommodating and kind enough to show us the different service apartments when we came here the first time. This made us decide to stay here. Thank you Ritz Carlton for these folks as we continue to enjoy our stay here.

Great experience to stay. However, swimming pool is not easy to use when it comes to changing suit. Only one person can use the changing room. Except that, the Hotel was brilliant. also Every staff is really kind.

Convenient location - right in front of Emirates Towers metro station exit which is 2 stations away from main Dubai sight - Burj Khalifa - red line from Dubai airport, easy to go to other Dubai main sights. Good choice and quality of buffet breakfast, enough tables n room for the guests. Clean and the service is good: I am grateful for the early check-in and free room update to a higher floor with no extra charge as well as luggage storage for 2 days after check out for free. I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Good value for the price as they offered special rate at the time I made reservation.

Although facilities are a little old, Hotel service is in high standard, the reception crew Mr. Karim is very nice, he offered an extra bed for free, which is really helpful, so I was delighted to tip him.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and my experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Happy from the reception. From the moment I checked in, Happy's warm and welcoming demeanour made me feel like a valued guest. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in ensuring my stay was comfortable went above and beyond my expectations. Happy's dedication to customer service is commendable, and her positive attitude left a lasting impression. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated and personable staff member. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Happy. She also gave us free cookies! 🙂 Room - we got the view of the Museum of the Future from the toilet, however the view from the room was blocked by external almunum cladding. It’s find though as most of the time we were outside and enjoying the sightseeing in Dubai. Breakfast - we enjoyed the special dishes that changes daily! I hope more choices of dishes. The special dishes such as the avocado toast and steak and eggs are the best!! Love it! Fresh fruits and juices are great! Concierge - fast and efficient, helped me to call for a taxi (though the hotel taxi was initially offered - price is x2 of the normal taxi). Housekeeping - reliable. They did a great job making our room tidy and nice to rest after a long day. Check-out - as our flight is still at 9pm, we were allowed to stay in the room until 2pm and they allowed us to use the club lounge until 6pm FOC. I strongly recommend this hotel when you visit Dubai!! Thank you voco Dubai hotel to making our trip to Dubai memorable! Kudos! Keep up the good work!

The Gevora Hotel was a sight to behold. Being at the tallest hotel in the world was surreal. The only issue is that if you are at the one of the topmost floors, you have to wait several minutes for the elevator since only 2 are servicing 42nd to 71st, I guess, and the elevators are kinda tiny for a hotel that size. However, the views in the room makes up for it.

The hotel was new & clean the rooftop bar level 43 is very cute. The pool is small but it’s on the roof also. The Balconies on the premium rooms are wrap around with a great view of the burg kalifa! The only downside is they called my room twice checking on how I like everything. When traveling from other countries patrons will have jet lag! Therefore I don’t wanna be awakened for that! I’ll tell you upon checking out. Lastly there is a hookah bar around the corner it’s 24 hours masayana

First at all I would like to say thanks for you because generaly the value of cost was very good, for the hotel hospitality was great and dealing with the workers others as well. But really I would to high light a very important matter had been happened to me since was the checking out day should receive my items from Amazon UAE but unfortunately I couldn't due to misunderstanding was being done between the reception and the delivery man.

حجزت عن طريق الموقع الالكتروني للفندق، وتفاجأت عندما وصلت أن موظفة الاستقبال طلبت مني دفع مبلغ أكبر من المذكور في رسالة تأكيد الحجز. وبعد انتظار وتدخل الموظفة المسؤولة تبين أن السعر الذي حجزته لم يعد متوفرًا في النظام، فقد كان عرض مؤقت يشمل الإقامة ووجبة خفيفة. وبعد أخذ ورد، عرضت علي الإقامة فقط بسعر أقل فوافقت على ذلك. نمط الفندق عصري وبويهيمي، كما أن البهو مزدحم بشكل عام، بينما الأدوار هادئة نوعًا ما. تصميم الغرفة من وجهة نظري غير مريح، فوجود غرفة الاستحمام الزجاجية في الوسط جعل المساحة ضيقة، كما أن خزانة الملابس مفتوحة. الانطباع العام الذي شعرته به هو ازدحام الغرفة بالأثاث. لفت نظري وجود المشروبات الغازية وقطعتي شوكولاته مجانية في الثلاجة، وهي مبادرة جميلة. استخدمت النادي الرياضي، وهو جيد ومتنوع. كما أن المسبح جيد كذلك. وفي اليوم الأخير وجدت رسالة دعوة واعتذار من إدارة الفندق بأن المسبح سيغلق لعدة ساعات لوجود حفلة. تجربتي بشكل عام كانت جيدة ومريحة، ولكن لا أنصح به للعائلات فالجو العام يعطي شعور بالصخب، وقد يناسب أكثر الشباب من الجنسين.
