Good hotel and lounge. Location in the Palm Jumairah and it it was a little crowded at the time. The reception desk staff, however need a lot of work to expedite their work and not letting hotel guests waiting. Also I see them take long conversations while checking in people and Leave waiting people in Line lessening to their chitchat.

Awesome hotel, great facilities, really modern and rooms are soooo big and the balcony in 1st floor, wow!! Pool are incomparable with other hotels, we enjoyed our stay!!! Food and drinks are pricey but it’s expected with hotel like this modern!

من أجمل و أروع الفنادق فيرمونت دبى من حيث الموقع براڤو عشرة على عشرة أولاً قريب من محطة المترو تجد أمامك مركز التجارة العالمى و قريب من مول الامارات أما من حيث الاستقبال يا سلام كل شيء ممتاز، فندق بمؤهلات توفر كل الراحة صراحة أدهشني حسن الاستقبال والترحيب الذي تلقيته من المصرية الأكثر روعة غرام تشعرك من اول لحظة انك زبون دائم أو بالأحرى أنك مالك الفندق رغم أنها الزيارة الأولى لي لكن بكل صراحة لم أتخيل يوماً كل هذه الخدمة كل الشكر من قلبي الخالص لكل الإداريين، الموظفين، و كل من يعمل على تقديم صورة أجمل تشرف الفندق و العاملين فيه، شكر خاص و خالص للجميلة غرام.

Loved every bit, breakfast was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anastasia was our host for the first day and her smile made us start our everyday there very beautifully. She was exceptionally lovely.

The best restaurant to go to for high quality Indian food. I have been to this restaurant a couple time of times and the food and service has remained consistent at each visit. This is one of the best Indian cuisine I have had worldwide, very clean and extremely tasty. The presentation of the food is beautiful and they also offer sampler menus which allows you to have a taste of everything to which is amazing if you are on your own or with a group to which you would want a tapas style. They have many variations of the sampler menu and are happy to exchange a dish for another should that be your preference. Very well priced and generous portions. The chef Panbaj, came and spoke to me during my visit, which was a really nice touch. Mayank and Pradeep took offered amazing service and made sure I was content during my visit!
