Grafton Capital Hotel

Great and affordable. centrally located, clean rooms, and the nicest staff…it’s just right if you need a place to park it for your first time in Dublin. And the bar, and restaurant is good too. It’s a nice place.

Outstanding hotel. Staff was fantastic, room was immaculate, and food and bar were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly Andre at the bar, Gary in the dining room, and Olga at the front desk (who made us to-go coffees at 545 am). Can’t recommend highly enough.

This hotel’s location cannot be beat. Within a 10 minute walk to almost all main Dublin attractions and still very quiet with pubs right across the street! We were getting married at Kilkea Castle and we hired a coach bus to pick up everyone. The staff was just superb in coordinating a pick up spot with the bus since it couldn’t be done right outside the hotel, including helping with bags for those that needed assistance ! We also enjoyed the bar after our activities and it was a great place to meet up! A few minor cons: It is a bit noisy at night in the front rooms. They offered to switch our room to the back of the hotel but we wanted to stay on the top floor so we just dealt with it. Could use a real closet or drawers to organize clothes. Shower had a rather slippery floor, if someone is unsteady could result in a fall. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the Grafton! The rooms were excellent and LOVED the robes. Such a nice touch. The staff was better than anywhere I’ve ever been. So accommodating with advice on how to get around and called taxis for us. Gary was super great retrieving our bags and helping us decide when to leave for our train. I would highly recommend this hotel- it was such a nice experience- I just wish we had more time there.

Had a lovely stay. Staff are very friendly and you can’t beat the location. Walking distance to most of Dublin’s attractions. Had a wonderful experience with Gary the very warm and helpful manager for the restaurant who was very gracious. Would definitely book again.

The Grafton’s central location, pristine rooms and fabulous staff meant that it was the perfect choice for our stay in Dublin. A special shoutout to the concierge, Noel, who was friendly, informative and helpful. His handy tips on what to do and see really enhanced our stay. We’ll be back for sure.

We had an amazing time at this lovely hotel. Perfectly situated for all the attractions Dublin has to offer. Super friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you . Noel, Gary , Andrea at the bar and one of the managers ( sandy haired guy from Dublin ) made our stay so special and goes to prove how people make the difference . A lovely hotel and in a great area of Dublin. Close enough to walk to Guinness Storehouse, St Patrick's Cathedral, Trinity College and Dublin Castle. The restaurant had wonderful meals. Noel the concierge was absolutely a delight. He was like family and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience from checking into departing was made so easy by the such wonderful friendly staff here. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were made feel very special. Our dining experience was 2nd to none, the beds were so comfortable and Noel at reception made our stay fabulous. keep up the good work and we'll certainly be back.
