It is a lovely hotel, my only issue is the size of the room you physically struggle to walk around the bed bunkbed is well a little awk to climb. it was fine for 2 nights but given ultra compactness of the room i wouldn’t be rebooking. i wouldn’t not recommend it, its simply far too small for a family of 3 you definitely fallover one-another

The Hendrick is a great spot to stay for only a night or two passing through Dublin but like many hotels in Dublin now, it's more or less a glorified hostel.
The room setup was a double bed and a bunk for three people yet it was so small we could hardly find room to unzip 2 small carry-on suitcases and organize our clothes. There's no space for a dresser or even small drawer, no fridge and there are no hooks whatsoever to hang anything. With three people in this room it felt VERY cramped, hardly any space to move in the short space of a "hallway."
For what you pay, it's disappointing that breakfast isn't included either. Again, Dublin hotels are out of control at the moment so it's not a horrible deal.
The STAFF is entirely lovely and helpful and it was very clean as well. Thank you!
But for a longer trip, find yourself a larger space.

We really like this kind of hotel and have stayed in ones like this before. Clean, simple, everything you need. However, mattress was far too soft (I could feel myself rolling into the middle of the bed in the night because it was sagging so much), and sleep quality was terrible. This was mostly because we were in the very first room on the ground door, and could hear the main interior door into the rooms being slammed all night, as well as people laughing in the hallway in the early hours. This may have been better if we had been given a room upstairs away from the main thoroughfares. You could also easily hear noises from the adjoining rooms, like showers running and blinds being drawn.
