Premier Inn Dublin City Centre (Temple Bar)

Disappointed that we were charged for 2 x 2 meal deal but only wanted 2x1 was given a refund receipt on 12 th April, it's now 15th May and STILL waiting despite being told it would be refunded within 15 working days. I have emailed Premier Inn several times and was informed that I would hear within 30 days. Considering that it was an employee's fault, I'm disgusted with the lack of response from Premier Inn.

Hotel was in a great location for the events we were joining over the weekend. Definitely could have offered better in-room service, given 2 towels for a room with 2 people, given more than 2 teabags for a stay of 2 nights.

Stayed here for one night. Location is perfect for exploring Dublin. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was standard premier inn room, had a good nights sleep. Had breakfast in hotel it was ok nothing exceptional. Had such a good welcome rebooked for our return to Dublin.

This hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good (buffet style) and the coffee (americano) was very good. The pillows are quite flat and the comforter is very heavy and too warm. I could have/should have pulled the comforter out of the duvet and just used the duvet.

Got exactly what we paid for, room was basic but clean and comfortable. Great location. Would go back again

Overnight stay only. Although this hotel is stating as being located in Temple Bar, it’s near there, not in Temple Bar. We had a corner room on 4th floor which was very spacious. Decided to go for the meal deal as I would at most Premier Inns I stay at in UK. Limited evening menu and we were the only diners there. However, no complaints from us, and we enjoyed our meal and wine. Again as opposed to UK Premier Inns, no “happy hour” but bar prices are reasonable, especially compared to Dublin prices. Special shout outs to Bozidar on reception and Joao who seemed omni-present throughout our stay! In fact, all the staff we encontered were very friendly. Would definitely consider staying here again if in Dublin.

Stayed for three nights. Great location for exploring city. Really friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Was expecting it to be a bit noisy but it was really quiet so got a good night's sleep.

Super comfortable and quiet and in such a great area really can’t go wrong for the price. Felt safe and comfortable and it was exactly what we needed for our short stay will definitely be back whenever we decided to stay in Dublin again. Staff were very welcoming and the rooms were spotless too
