The experience was great. The hotel was beautiful however when we got to our room the drain was a little smelly. The shower drain was a little clogged up and water was going out slowly. Struggled to up and close the bathtub stopper, the hotel staff even had to call someone to come and fix it. Whilst at the hot springs someone decided to wear my partners shoes.
Enjoyed the breakfast but wished they would cater to foreigners especially for lunch and dinner, had to go out somewhere to find food as the location where the hotel is situated is a bit further from the city central.

This hotel was awesome! So clean, so convenient, the room was a really good size, the hot tub in the room definitely added to the premium experience. Breakfast was great! The service staff from breakfast are specially nice. They were super helpful when we were asking questions and even though they didn’t fully speak english they understood our coffee and noodles order. Definitely recommend! Also so close to the shuttle to the Front of the mountain and the buses to the back of the mountain! We really recommend you go to the back of the mountain, take the cable car up, then make your way down the trails, it is about a 4 hour hike, very worth it and it is not easy but not suuuper hard. People recommend you go up first and take the cablecar down but I think that’s a bad idea. Also, don’t skip the Temple in Tai’an Ancient City, and have a good meal at the restaurant across the street called Tingchan Restaurant. Also if you have time go on a little walk towards the left once you exit the hotel and enjoy the park!

perhaps one of the most comfortable stays ive ever had in China! the man was friendly enough to guide us to our room, as the villa is really big to navigate through, but the environment is so calm and quiet. really cathartic just roaming around. their garden is well kept and the flowers smells beautiful! and their rooms are well kept as well, as cleanliness is clearly their top priority. really satisfied with our stay here! thank you very much.

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support.
I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them.
In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper.
Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

民宿位置距離高鐵站大概八九百米，走路10來分鐘可到，去青城山新山門走路大概不到20分鐘，去鎮上找館子吃飯，步行距離也大多在十幾分鍾內，門口是軌道交通白鴿路站，去都江堰景區，灌縣古城，仰天窩，看藍眼淚可以坐到終點八角廟站~附近也有101的公交站台~打車坐車都很方便~
民宿外部環境很一般，但是裏面空間很不錯，房間空間很寬敞，每層樓都有公共休息空間，一樓泡温泉的小院子挺漂亮，冬天露天泡澡很舒服，有點像在日本旅遊住温泉旅舍的感覺了~頂樓的公共空間也很精緻，有漂亮的茶室和天台~
民宿裏也很適合拍照，非常出片~
總的來説，很值得一住~

MMrs and MrsIt was really wonderful experience staying in this heavenly homestay during my visit to Mount Qingcheng with my wife. It was built by a hillside with spectacular mountain view filled with the natural forests of pine,j fir, cypress and all kinds of fragrant undergrowth make up a deep green world, with sound of birds everywhere.
We embraced ourselves in the peace and tranquillity - very therapeutic for our body and soul. We were very pleased meeting with the fonder who shared with us his vision and inspiration and he demonstrated the key of success - mindfulness and meticulousness.
The chef in the restaurant who has over 20 years of experience, provided a customized menu for us with the fresh ingredients, very delicious, healthy and unique. And the service team was really customer-centric and caring - they reminded us the time for the dinner as we wandered in their beautiful garden watching the butterflies, etc.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across Several Mountain Houses, and I’m grateful for the owners’ generosity in creating such a beautiful place and sharing their mountain life with guests.
Many guests have already praised the lovely courtyard, the nature-surrounded rooms, the sensorial bed linens, and the warm, earthy aesthetic of the space. I wholeheartedly agree. Beyond that, there was something even more special. I was wowed by the tidy kitchen, thoughtfully designed and completed with high-quality appliances and tableware. It’s a place that move your mind from “I’m staying in a B&B” to “I’m staying in a home.” The cherry on top? Having the owner made you a perfect cup of latte or cappuccino in the morning. Of all my travels in China, this is the first homestay where I’ve experienced that personal touch.
We arrived by Didi and had to drop off by the roadside, cross a wooden bridge, and then tackle a steep hill path. We called for help and the owner came down to meet us and made sure we felt welcomed. My friend told me she felt like we had stepped into a scene from a web novel—the little challenge at the start, the homey atmosphere, the owners and their charming “career life to mountain life” story all made the experience very special.
I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful mountain retreat. It's the perfect spot to unwind and reset.
A small tip: if you're in the mood for trekking, head up to the Wulong Gorge scenic area and work your way back. If we had known, we would totally skip Baiyun (White Cloud) temple / village and spend more time relaxing at the house.

SSummeraibaojian房間在 整棟建築的 3 樓，如果有攜帶長者，建議住 1.2 樓，那個木製旋轉樓梯太陡了。進到房間以後，分上下兩層，一層帶一個開放式陽台，但是陽台樓下都在裝修，沒什麼特別的風景可看。
空調有點一言難盡，一層調到 30 度還是冷的要死，二層比較温暖，但是一晚上空調外掛機就在二層的窗外轟隆作響，太受罪了。反正樓下樓上都沒睡好。
早餐很温馨好吃，有三明治，一個水煮蛋，一杯奶粉沖調牛奶，一小段玉米。入駐贈送了下午茶花茶和水果，服務人員態度很好，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺❤️

NNicoleJBI tried out the hotel for its tranquil modern Chinese contemporary concept and architecture. It turns out to be brilliantly wonderful experience. A housekeeper will be assigned to support your daily needs and answer to your asks especially each is a private terrace or double storey villa. You need to be driven in the buggy to reach hotel lobby for breakfast or to hotel front entrance to walk across the road where there’s a big mall. While the mall isn’t fantastic, the hotel location is still ideal to reach Dujiangyan and Qingcheng mountain within 15-20mins. Take didi is trusted as there is no subway. The tram train is available however I think the Didi is highly recommended. Overall was a good experience with attentiveness and great accommodation.

We had the family room on the top floor. It was spacious, the bed was huge and super comfortable, the shower was hot and the toiletries smelled amazing! The view was to the mountains and you could hear all the countryside morning sounds when waking up!
The staff are super helpful too! I cannot thank them enough for all the advice and help. Although they do not speak English, we had no problem at all communicating via translator apps.
For foreigners, like us, who do not drive — it is worth mentioning, that the hotel is at the end of the road, right in the mountains. You will need a taxi to go anywhere and taxis are more expensive there, because you either need to use local services or pay extra to didi drivers so they agree to drive you up the mountain serpentines.
There was no massage, as listed here. It was not a problem for us, we absolutely loved the outdoor pool after a long hike.
The restaurant was not working too. But I am aware that you can order food and still have a beautiful meal on one of their terraces.
It is a truly idilic and peaceful place, away from the world.

PPengguna Tetamu我們一家四口在樂乎民宿度過了兩天美好的時光，深刻感受到了老闆一家人真誠熱情的待客之道。我們是在週一入住的，當天便受到了圍爐煮茶的熱情款待，恰巧趕上老闆和朋友們在大廳歡歌暢飲，我們也被邀請加入，一起享受了一場充滿人情味的野菜火鍋晚宴。
民宿的環境堪稱一絕，風景優美、令人陶醉。房間內配有兩張1.5米的大床，老闆和老闆娘還特別貼心地為我們升級到了温泉房，孩子們泡得舒舒服服，都捨不得出來。整個民宿的設計別具匠心，傢俱大多采用實木材質，搭配上青城山的絕美景緻，處處透露出優雅與品味。更讓人放心的是，老闆在我們面前對温泉池進行了細緻消毒，盡顯用心。
這裏的餐飲也是一大亮點。廚師的手藝堪稱一絕，無論是早餐還是晚餐都讓人讚不絕口。民宿還提供洗衣機和烘乾機，讓我們的衣物始終保持乾淨整潔，老闆娘甚至親自幫忙晾曬和烘乾，細緻入微的服務讓人倍感温暖。
特別一提的是，我的丈夫和大兒子還去了青城山的後山爬山，老闆娘不僅貼心地為他們規劃了最適合的線路，還在上下山的起點和終點提供了接送服務，省去了許多麻煩。整個行程輕鬆順暢，家人對這次爬山體驗讚不絕口。
在與老闆娘的幾天交談中，我們感受到他們夫妻倆對這家民宿傾注的無限心血，以及他們努力為每一位客人提供真誠、熱情服務的用心。民宿地理位置優越，就在泰安古城附近，出行非常方便。
如此美好的居住體驗，真心強烈推薦給大家！

Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, you'll appreciate the convenience of being within walking distance to many key destinations.
The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or provide helpful recommendations for local dining and activities.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel features a cozy lounge area and a well-equipped fitness center, adding to the overall value of the stay.
Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a hotel with a fantastic location and all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit to the city.

- Very dusty. Contacted the hotel to come and clean and when ayi arrived they literally flicked around and we had to point out the areas. We found more dusty areas, sent to hotel reception and nothing got done
- We asked for room clean on one of the days and was very specific about changing bed linen. Nothing got done yet again and they claimed we had personal items on bed. Only had pyjamas on one of the beds and all others were free.
- Although there's a kitchen, there's no plates, bowls, cutleries whatsoever
- When we arrived reception kept asking about our port of arrival and kept calling to the point of annoyance. Some training could be useful to deal with non mainland tourists
The good:
- Location is very close to Sunac land and snow park, and pretty convenient for everything else
- Nice play bricks (not Lego) and children areas, and playground downstairs
- Nice and safe complex
