My 2nd time staying here and always satisfied with the warm service!! The receptionist was really helpful and nice. I love their modern and clean look, the room is super spacious! If your’re a breakfast buffet lover you must love their breakfast! 😍 Definitely worth ittt

Salah satu hotel baharu 5 bintang terbaik dan harga mampu milik di Surabaya... terletak dengan baik, tepat di seberang pusat beli-belah terbesar di Surabaya Pakuwon Mall dengan perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma hotel , dan berhampiran kami boleh menemui McD dan beberapa penyewa makanan. Diterima dengan mesra oleh pegawai perhubungan tetamu Riri, dan mereka memberi saya kek mini selamat datang di bilik saya dan pemandangan bandar terbaik di tingkat tinggi Bilik ini selesa, dengan katil dan kemudahan baharu, dan terdapat 2 guling unik yang pernah saya lihat. Kolam renang di tingkat 17 dengan pemandangan yang menakjubkan, tiada gim tetapi kami boleh mengakses gim Roca public dengan perkhidmatan ulang-alik hotel.... Sarapan yang lazat tetapi ruang kawasan sarapan terlalu kecil. Akan mempertimbangkan untuk staycation di sini lagi. Terima kasih

Me and my boy friend were here just for a night but everything was so good. Good location,the food was nice,clean room and the staff speak english. We got a cheap price for the room We would to come and stay here again when we are in Surabaya.

Frie day staff, convenient to the mall. Well appointed rooms although sound proofingnqith neighbouringneoom can be improved. Couldn't talk normally in the room due complain by an extremely sensitive neighbouring room guest. I could hear him especially his closing and opening of doors but he had to complain about my normal volume discussion in the room.
