Above all was happy with pleasent staff and good breakfast, Only thing was no hot water for shower only cold,and slight mould in shower ,

the location is great access to all.. the staff are all friendly...

I love everything here. Value for money. Though they have one receptionist who was unfriendly but the other 2 compensated for the incovenient approach of the pther person.

Place is very clean and we love the place. The staff are very accomodating and helpful. Will refer this to friends and relatives

We booked Deluxe room. It was spacious enough. I didn't expect much about the room but it turned out nicer than what I thought. The staff is very accommodating. Breakfast isn't bad as well.

Breakfast was plated but enourmous portion. Room was big also and nice beds.

OK so at first you might think this a back road but it has schools and colleges along it. The location is like 15 min walk from port and maybe 20 from boulevard and loads of great street food. Staff are not only helpful I'm sure the smiles they have were best I've seen Thought it's an older hotel it has kept its majestic quality. With staff all wearing the same from head to toe. Gave a feeling of quality with room angel that reset the room daily. Been in a few that don't do this. For me top marks

Staff was very friendly and genuine. Breakfast was also really great with 3 options (continental, American and Filipino). There was also possible to adjust a bit like stronger coffee, less baked bacon or 1 egg only. Furniture and decoration is also very beautiful. I also really appreciated the cleaning staff to put of their shoes/slipper when entering the room for cleaning. If I can make a few improvements it is. Bed cover was only 1 sheet. A blanket or a more thick bed cover would be nice. More variety in fridge like cola, diet coke or sprite More punctual in coffee sachets refills and towels (if one is on the ground placed for replacement. But overall it was good value for money Staff always smiled and was friendly. Location is also great. Close to boulevard and 50’meter swimming pool is only 20’minutes walking distance. Don’t forget to give the small local restaurants a try. I really enjoyed the Dumaguete experience also because of you 🙏

Room was okay. No ammenities at hotel. They offer free breakfast. Recommended for short stay.

Nice place for one night.
