It was a very nice experience spending the night at Hotel Essencia. The online booking was quickly approved, location was easily accessible through a tricycle, staffs were accommodating, services were great. We were allowed to merge the two twin beds to accommodate us 2 adults and 1 child in the room. They allowed deliveries during our midnight cravings. Yes, there were 24hr food delivery services in Dumaguete. The breakfast was satisfying the tummies. We loved our total experience in this hotel. Great job!🫶🏼🩵🩷🫶🏼

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Essencia in Dumaguete for a family getaway, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we checked in until our departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We booked the family room for our five-day, four-night stay, and it was perfect for our needs. The room was spacious and well-maintained, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a single bed which were ideal for our family of three. The linens were fresh and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a variety of choices (buffet) all of which were delicious and well-prepared. The dining area was pleasant, and the staff were always attentive and friendly, making our meal times extra enjoyable. The hotel's location is also a major plus, situated centrally in Dumaguete, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and local attractions. We appreciated the convenience and found several good restaurants and shops within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel offered free WiFi that was reliable throughout our stay, allowing us to plan our daily outings and stay connected without any issues. Overall, our stay at Hotel Essencia was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities like the complimentary breakfast made it a memorable experience. Love the location of their hotel. It's close to everything, you can walk or just rent a motor. Restaurants within the hotel, or nearby offers delicious food. We also love how they clean your room when you stay with them more than 1 night. They offer delicious breakfast. Staffs are very accomodating, hospitable and friendly. Everyone smiles at you.

Really nice hotel in Dumaguete. Really close to everything and the staff was good. The room was big and clean and the service was great. Breakfast could be improved but it's already good enough.

Nicely located 3star hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The standard room has no (direct) window what leads to a smelly room even the room was very clean! Sadly there is loud noise all day at weekend because they accommodate gatherings at there upper floor. Very disturbing and it can last from the morning till late evening…. Breakfast was fair but you have to be early as it’s only till 9am

The hotel was very well-maintained. Breakfast food had limited choices but tastes very good.

Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts.

Some basic supplies weren't available.. the staff were courteous and the food were good. The location was great, transportation is accessible right infront of the hotel.

Everything else is wonderful, but what truly stands out is the excellent customer service. Everyone appears incredibly polite. I will be back and recommend this place.

Good value great location. Excellent staff. Just need some renovation and for some unknown reason one of the elevators hasn’t worked for over a year. owner please your elevator. one elevator is not enough for a hotel with that many rooms. this morning there were hundreds of people going to the lobby from a group walking down many flights of stairs.  how is it that the elevator can be broken for one year???

The hotel is clean. The room is bigger than other hotels we had stayed in Dumaguete. Room rate is worth it and with free breakfast. We walked back to the hotel from a stroll at the boulevard. Have a soothing and relaxing massage at the spa located inside the hotel before heading to bed.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent and delicious. Rmb8503 One thing isn't good there is water dripping down from the ventilation fan on the ceiling in the bathroom. Otherwise, All is well!
