Even when they were in their morning meeting, they immediately came over to greet me, offered water, and asked about my needs as soon as they saw me enter. They also thoughtfully provided snacks and fruit, which were refreshed daily. **Hygiene**: Clean and hygienic. The staff emptied the trash cans and replenished disposable items promptly during daily cleaning, which was great. My only minor complaint is that the trash on the desk and the used bath towels in the laundry basket were not removed by the cleaning staff during my three-day stay. **Service**: The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted delicious. As a caffeine-dependent workaholic who had just spent 5 days in a Xining hotel, I was absolutely thrilled to see the coffee machine. I particularly enjoyed the glutinous rice balls and fried eggs at breakfast. **Dunhuang West or East Route Tour Shuttle Seats (2 per room limit)**: The hotel has its own travel agency, and during the off-season, they offered two complimentary shuttle experiences. The driver was very professional and timed each scenic spot perfectly. They were also incredibly hardworking; on the return journey, after driving continuously for two hours and looking exhausted, they showed no negative emotions and enthusiastically dropped me off at the hotel entrance.
