The service was exceedingly good at ZhongZhou hotel. I stayed with my wife and had a second room for my daughter and son in law. The lobby always had someone to open doors/press the elevator button for guests. What really stood out to me was the attitude of the workers. Breakfast typically starts at 7, when I mentioned I had to leave at 6:15, the worker at the restaurant told me to come early, and she would have it ready for me. Unfortunately no fitness center but the laundry room was a plus. There were also plenty of washing machines (no dryers). This hotel truly felt like a second home. The rooms and beds were also comfortable and clean. A fantastic stay overall, would definitely stay here again.

1. 先説城市，敦煌是個西部縣級市，實際水平與東部一個大的鄉鎮相當，夜晚到達即使到了市區也幾乎漆黑一片。 2. 市區內酒店，品質堪憂，四星的價格，快捷的水準。請大家避坑敦煌維景酒店，不要被維景的品牌誤導，本來和家人先訂的維景，到達後發現房間差，裝修味道重，衞生狀況差，果斷退房。 3. 敦煌國際酒店應該是政府官方酒店，特意查了下，佔地上千畝，一個大莊園，幾棟酒店樓。 4. 推薦2.3號樓，房間好。3號樓人少時早餐會被接駁車接到2號樓去吃。 5. 酒店衞生情況很好，洗浴用品不錯，但是有些設施維護一般，例如洗手池等，下水可能有點問題，基本不影響使用。 6. 早餐品質好，服務人員也熱情，有政府國賓館的基本水準。 7. 離莫高窟近，離市區開車15分鐘，兩天時間來回多次，交通通暢。 8. 總體來説，如預算夠，推薦這裏，會給敦煌的旅行增加好感度。

Metropark is a nice hotel located near a river and is relatively central to the city. A lovely staff member, 李雪 (Li Xue) helped me check in and she took me to my hotel room. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and quite luxurious. The hotel is within walking distance to the night market and the museum. Highly recommended. 这是一家不错的酒店，位于河边，相对靠近市中心。一位可爱的工作人员李雪帮我办理了入住手续，并带我去了酒店房间。她非常乐于助人，非常友好。 酒店房间非常宽敞、干净，相当豪华。从酒店步行即可到达夜市和博物馆。 强烈推荐。

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and very polite. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very decent as well. We can recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dunhuang.

一切都很好，衞生、設施等等，特別是服務～ 如果服務可以打六顆🌟的話，那她們也當之無愧～ 預訂之後就有管家單獨聯絡，我分配到的是客房部楊秀芬姐姐，超級超級好～無敵貼心❤️ 第一天入住的時候就微信提醒了注意事項，用餐時間～接下去幾天，每天都要像媽媽一樣問一遍：有沒有吃早餐？可不能餓着，要記得吃哦～ 得知我意外着涼感冒，還送了果盤、電暖氣等等～晚上回來她又幫我開了加濕器，還在床頭給我多放了一支水～後來意外錯過航班，又訂了一晚，被分配到一個很冷的房間，楊姐姐又幫我馬上調換了房間🥹🥹🥹 超級感動🥲還怕我第二天又趕不上飛機，要幫我提前訂車…… 還有酒店的特色泡腳服務，YYDS~ 生病期間在酒店訂餐，還送了果盤、薑茶～真的超級貼心～給一萬個好評！

Very affordable and great value for money with all the helpful front staff to housekeeping. Just around the corner is the street food with lots of restaurants n the Shahzhou nite Market is just 15 minutes walk away. SShuishuobuhaotingmr酒店離敦煌市博物館非常近，逛完博物館正好訂了酒店過去休息，前台美女很貼心的給升級了房型，還送了小禮包，酒店挺新，房間乾淨衞生，早餐可選擇酒店自助或者店外牛肉麪，下次去敦煌還會選擇這一家。

TTorbsYou won’t regret staying here. In summary it’s a very nice hotel (quite large actually) that is perfectly located (about 1km walking from the sand dunes (Mingsha mountain and Creacent Moon spring area). Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the architecture is also really nice. The views from the roof top terrace (breakfast/ coffee spot) are amazing and the breakfast itself is also quite good. The downside that’s also to mention: Price wise it’s a bit expensive especially during holiday season. Rooms are a bit old and you can hear everyone passing by.

PPengguna TetamuSama seperti Liu Yifei berjalan ke halaman berangin, semasa perjalanan ke Dunhuang ini, saya juga mengambil pendekatan yang berbeza dan tinggal di ”halaman berangin” yang lain - Heyuan. Daripada tempahan tiket kepada diskaun untuk tarikan, daripada menyewa kereta kepada menyewa helikopter, bos dan pemandu yang diperkenalkannya boleh mengendalikan semuanya. Kami tidak datang untuk menginap pada malam pertama, dan bos membantu kami membayar balik hotel dengan lancar. Orang dari barat laut sederhana dan boleh dipercayai, pendiam tetapi bersemangat. Biarkan hati yang beransur-ansur menjadi dingin dan keras dalam barisan pengeluaran keluli dan konkrit bersambung semula dengan kebaikan yang telah terlalu lama ditinggalkan dunia. Terdapat Buddha di sini dan semua orang sedang berlatih.

NNuangnoiThe best aspect of this hotel is the staff who are ready to help. The hotel is also very generous with their snacks - yogurt, fruits, tea, nuts, sultanas, - all readily available at the reception. The location is excellent - a few steps from the famous night market, and, near by, a yummy naan shop ( naan with different stuffing etc) The only thing is the rooms smell of cigarette smoke, the smell is always there, so the only one window needed to be open every time we came back.

PPengguna Tetamu房間面積大，佈局很好。衞生間是乾濕分離的，面積也挺大的，轉的開，洗澡間的門密封不是很好，會往外滲些水；榻榻米卧室有挺大的開放餐吧枱，旁邊牆上有開放晾衣架；榻榻米的床標的2米，我看着像2米多的，很大一張床，床墊軟和有彈性很舒服，枕頭軟度適中且有彈性，床品乾淨；床的對面牆上有幕布，地上有小桌子，幕布清晰需要下載軟件哦~ 環境氛圍很棒：進店前台小姐姐就會給打招呼問好，講話客氣，態度好，有需求儘量滿足。大廳有舒適休息區，以及自助水果（現在是新疆蘋果和橘子，聖女果乾和葡萄乾），自助飲品區（咖啡機，燒水壺，幹玫瑰，幹菊花，幹檸檬片，枸杞，茶葉，冰糖等），電梯門口還有漂亮的西域露臍服裝（免費出租，需要提供30元洗衣費，夏裝冬天穿會冷🥶）。唯一走廊的味道或者走廊地毯味道有點大，可能是消毒水味。 服務態度超好：打掃阿姨儘量有求必應，會幫我們把用過的浴巾換新，幫我們某時間段內開窗通風等； 前台思思小姐姐幫我們升級了房間，住得更舒服了，諮詢後還為我們推薦了當地的美食，優質的美食店，以及優惠的購票方式等，很愛很愛。 前台小惠姐姐借給我了我們滑沙板，挖沙鏟，給我們講述了玩沙子的一些經驗，幫我們避坑了一些東西，玩得很開心。

PPengguna TetamuThe oasis hotel is located directly next to the night market with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. You can hear the music and noise from the street market, which stops at 11 pm. We had the family room which is very spacious and clean. We were here in November and the heater takes a long time to warm the room. I would recommend staying in this hotel.

DDootripiansIt is located in the Shazhou night market. As a city right next to the desert, the hot water and the heating was abundant which was quite peculiar if you think about it. What I'm saying is we define enjoyed our stay there. The staffs were nice. I enjoyed the complimentary fruit and coffee at the hotel lobby. I would stay here again if I comeback.

AAnjaniWhat a stay !!! Room was one of the best places I’ve stayed in . It was a spacious and a luxurious suite . The staff were attentive and helpful . They were very quick with anything we needed and requested . Our room overlooked the river and was close to places we wanted to see , easy to walk to and from . 💖👍🔥

JJonnyBWhen we arrived at 930pm there was loud construction next door and didn't stop till after 1230am both on the first night and 3rd night. Very loud and difficult to sleep. Room was ok but bed was very hard like sleeping on wood. Breakfast was Chinese breakfast and just mediocre. Hotel advertised a gym , spa and sauna. Gym was 2 small machines stuck in the corner of the 2nd floor out in the open. I could not find the spa or sauna so I asked the front desk and was told ”no have”. I discovered later the next night the spa is outside of the hotel and not affiliated with the hotel. Won't stay here again
