Service and stay was decent! Mrs. Donna is the sweetest woman ever. Every time we travel here, she is always greeting us with a smile. I enjoyed my per usual coffee and bagel. I always like to stay here because we know we will see her and Jessica when she is in the lobby. She has worked with our family before for an event and is immaculate. We noticed changes with front desk staff. There seems to always be something wrong with our rooms every time we stay. We like to stay on the higher floors, but our last few visits, we’ve not been able to get that and have been put on the 3rd. We tried to ask the front office manager about it, but she seems to have an attitude. Her name is Adrienne. She doesn’t communicate well at all. And when you ask her sometimes she tells you one thing and then acts senile as if she never said it before. We’ve had trouble with communicating with her before. I would rather just deal with the other young ladies. but I just learned they no longer are employed there. I wondered if they quit because of their manager Adrienne because she is very disrespectful. I also wasn’t impressed with the food from the restaurant as much this trip either. It has been better in the past. My husband got sick and did not feel well for a few days post diner we had one night. But Julian is such a great server and always does his work with a smile. He is prompt and always pleasant. We also could not check in until 8pm on Saturday which was inconvenient. And I needed a late checkout and Adrienne said no. That was rude and unfair to have lost time due to other guest. If that was the case, they know their schedule in advance, there should Be a notice somewhere or not able to book if we are unable to check-in on time. It seems this was standard that day as I saw others upset regarding this. This should be addressed and handled better.
