Ulasan Adriatik Hotel, BW Premier Collection

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly from the first moment I arrived at the hotel. They gave me a free upgrade and made sure to show me to my room. The hotel itself is lovely, and the comfort level is just amazing. The breakfast was so good, it even has an omelet station. I highly recommend this hotel what you are looking for a relaxing stay by the Albanian seashore.

Hotel nella posizione davanti al mare e ottima orribile il centro benessere con una piscina impossilitati ad usarla in quanto non ha né gradini né una scaletta tre scendere fatto incomprensibile mai visto in tutte le piscine usate in tutto il mondo. La piscina esterna e molto grande con una piccola per bambini, ma purtroppo anche questa impossibilitata ad usarla in quanto tutte le scalette invece dei gradini avevano dei tubi rotondi diffile per scendere e salire non solo per me ma anche per altri ospiti.

Middelmatig hotel wat voor begrippen hier te duur is qua prijs kwaliteit. Kleine kamers en te kleine badkamer waar je moet douchen in een zitbad. Voor ons geen 2e keer meer. In de omgeving zijn veel betere en goedkopere 4 sterren hotels. Dit hotel is in ieder geval naar onze mening geen 5 sterren waardig.

We were given a family room with a sea view, very quiet and spacious with a very large comfortable bed. Only thing which could have been improved was the size of the bath. Bedroom and bathroom were kept clean,tidy and topped up daily by Lindt. Breakfast was not an english style but there was plenty to choose and freshly cooked eggs to order. Every day we were given a plate of freshly cut fruit and I had a large glass of fresh orange juice. There are free loungers, parasols and towels on the beach, around the pool and in the spa. All staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed just before the start of the summer season and it was very tranquil and relaxing.

I don’t want even to go inside this hotel I was passing by to get some info for a stay a next day can you imagine what kind of welcome I get from a security guy staying outside was shouting and whistling after me I had to comfort him as it is very insulting. I get from him a rude answer it is this way in this place as the people don’t understand you . The guy was very thick giza as he put me off for me using any of this hotel facilities even they told me is an VIP place I don’t think so VIP hotel employees for money you pay get this service and communication towards the clients. Never ever getting by this place .

I cannot stress enough the terrible experience I had at this hotel. I stayed there for 3 days, solo trip, it was a business trip, which means I only slept in the hotel and had one lunch and one dinner. Rooms are not cleaned properly, you find hair especially in the bathroom or the sheets. The housekeeping lady, in one of the days, came in to do the refresh of the room while I was in it, and when instead of putting clean glasses because I had used them the night before, she went ahead and washed them in the sink of the bathroom. Shocking!!! At least dont do it in front of the guests.

We payed for a day pass at the pool area. The service was excellent. We are a family of five and needed food and drinks several times during the day. Very friendly staff who were vert quick to serve us. Especially Klejdjan who gave us some extra attention.

Yes! The high staff numbers ensured a very attentive and very pleasurable stay. Quality permeates through how everything is done here. It was such a pleasant change to have such engaging staff and have an evident focus on guest-stay enjoyment. My wife’s breakfast birthday cake was such a wonderful personalised affair. This was momentous and I cannot thank everyone involved enough for making our last hotel meal so rememberable. It really put the ‘cherry on the cake’ for our hotel experience. Comparing this hotel to the rest on the ***** is immediately evident. It has spacious gardens unlike any other and seeing the daily preparation of the beach made it stand out in comparison. Recommend using the taxi collection service. The best value for airport etc.

I stayed at the Adriatik for 8 nights. Each morning I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant overlooking the Adriatik sea. The food was delicious. Many options from omelettes, yogurt, cereal, cheese, fresh fruit and more. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. I got to know them well during the week. Paola was very sweet bringing me fruit and cappuccino each day. I will miss the hard working ladies in the restaurant and their wonderful hospitality!

Great staff! Specially guys behind pool bar Almir and Shefqet , very professional and friendly💪💪, the best place to have a break with your friends and family, food is delicious,very good cocktails, swimming pools are very clean and perfect for kids

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Adriatik with our 9 month old baby. Fantastic beachfront location, excellent customer service across the board and delicious food. We booked the superior room with a sea view, with breakfast included. This was perfect for us (the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the shore provided the perfect white noise for our baby ☺️). Travel cot was provided by the hotel with lovely clean sheets. The room was kept spotlessly clean and well stocked with essential supplies by our lovely housekeeping lady, Lindita. With our booking, we had free access to sun loungers, towels, parking, and even the spa (although we didn’t have time make use of the latter sadly). All staff were extremely courteous and helpful, from the porter, to the receptionist, the waiters and housekeeping. Breakfast included a delicious buffet with a lovely variety, including traditional dishes and desserts, and you could also order freshly squeezed orange juice and barista coffee. We also had lunch a couple of times at the hotel restaurant (when we didn’t fancy venturing out) and were really impressed with the quality of the food and the fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The spinach and the seafood risottos I had were absolutely divine!! Also, for anyone who hasn’t tried the hot beverage “salep”, make sure you try it here for the first time - it is just divine (you won’t want to have it anywhere else after this). I could go on, but all in all I am pleased to say this really was a terrific stay and worth every penny - we plan to visit again in September!

My husband and I spent a weekend at the hotel to celebrate our honeymoon. It was a fantastic stay! Impeccable service, they made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable, they decorated the room for us in a very special way and the food from their restaurant was out of this world. We had a very short stay but it definitely made an impression and we'd love to come back again. Very well located, safe, near local grocery shops. The only thing I'd say is the outside pool was empty during out stay (which was not necessarily a deal breaker, I just think they could've added this info somewhere during booking / confirmation). 11 out of 10.
