Ulasan NU Hotel Toronto Airport

Shocking so-called hotel . The shower didn't work, no hot water , the place was dirty and not even a duvet on the bed . 2 sheets and a grubby blanket coveredin stains . Was vile ! Worst hotel ever . Do not stay there . Complete horrible place full stop

place is good for an overnyt stay ,has shuttle bus go and to airport.just noisy bcoz too close of planes take off and landing😇put more soundproof rooms thanks

Suitable for a night near the airport. Room was large and clean. The airport pickup at T3 is at pole 17, which is mostly a park and ride zone. Call the hotel to arrange airport pickup.

The hotel is pretty basic and at a very good proximity to the Airport. Neat and smart but ABIT old .

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Excellent service from the owner who made sure the shuttle bus came to pick me up even though it was after midnight when I arrived at the airport. The manager was very helpful in taking my suitcases to my room and making sure to book the shuttle to get me to the airport for 6am. I would highly recommend this hotel

Terrible service , very rude at the front desk . Rooms were nothing like the pictures they were very small and very dirty . Bathroom was gross with hair all over in the tub and dirt . Would not go back .

紐約下大雨，機場全都關閉，無法落地導致航班延誤至取消，被迫住一晚，酒店周邊比較空曠啥也沒有，酒店不提供熱水，無燒水壺。設施可見一斑。臨時住一晚尚可，超過一晚人受不了。

很一般的酒店，在機場附近，飛機的聲音真的很大，同時房間的空調聲音很響，開了根本睡不着，房間裏也沒有燒水壺，問了前台説一會送一個咖啡機來，到退房了也沒有送過來，一個晚上沒睡，因為westjet航班臨時取消（起飛前4-5小時突然取消，換到這個機場附近），對攜程客服也非常不滿意，口頭上説讓我們客户先定房間先到新機場，她們會負責，結果真的和她們交涉了，卻支支吾吾，到現在也沒有把我實際產生的費用報銷，扯皮第一名，真是攜程説走就走的口號千萬不能相信它們！
