We went there for a long weekend and we had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very efficient. The duty manager Mr. Mueller had done on fantastic job on us so traveling with a toddler was easy. Very nice food as well - room service was quite fast and breaky was yummy. Don't forget to visit little Tokio - stunning restaurants there. Ask the famous concierge for recommendations - he knows where to go. We had a fab time so thanks to all who make it happen!!!

The room was of rather basic standard but sold as ‚superior‘. Furniture in need of an upgrade, walls scuffed, ripped linen and ripped net curtains. Coffee machine was leaking water. Parking at €24 per day is very pricey (beware: a lot of the bays at the front have trees overhanging resulting in bird drops on the car) There is a building site in front of the hotel, I am no expert but would say it will be there for all of May at least - noise started at 5:40am on a Thursday morning.

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt zum Flughafen oder auch ins Fußball-Stadion. Sogar in die Stadt mühelos mit der S-Bahn! Check-In war super, da ich mein Auto vor der Türe parken, in Ruhe aufs Zimmer gehen, und es dann zur Mietwagen-Agentur bringen konnte. Das Zimmer war ebenso sehr geräumig. Immer wieder gerne. (Das Frühstück oder die angrenzenden Restaurants habe ich nicht genutzt.)

Visited this hotel during Christmas. The location of the hotel is very good and closed to the city center. Good Japanese restaurants nearby.

I can’t say enough about our stay here except that I wish I could have stayed for longer. The staff and service was perfect from start to finish, being highly professional but personable at the same time.

Great, new hotel in the heart of Düsseldorf. Right next to main train station with parking in the basement. Rooms were spacious, clean and very sound proofed. Take a dip in the pool to start your day. Lots to choose from at the breakfastbar. And nice and helpful staff.

Bestes Haus in seiner Preiskategorie. Ruhig gelegen, am besten mit Fenster zum Garten nach hinten raus. Nettes Personal, vor allem die Dame an der Rezeption, tolles Frühstück, stabiles WLAN, ordentliches Bad etc pp. Lediglich der TV Monitor ist zu klein. Es gibt eine hauseigene Garage, so dass alles nach kurzem Fußweg bequem mit dem ÖPNV erreicht werden kann. Für mich auch künftig die erste Andresse in Düsseldorf.
