Amazing experience at this lovely hotel. The Team took very good care of us and made sure that this visit was memorable. Special Thanks to Chef Rajeev who went out of his way to make sure we experienced varied cuisine both at breakfast at breakfast and dinner. My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vivanta by Taj Shillong, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Welcome - From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. Special thanks to Mercy from the front desk for her exceptional service. Room - We were pleasantly surprised with a fantastic room upgrade to a family room, which was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. The decor was minimal but functional & made us feel truly welcome. Housekeeping - We also want to express our sincere gratitude to the housekeeping team for their impeccable service. The room was always clean and tidy, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Thanks to them for all the decor for birthday celebration of my child. Restaurant - A special shout-out to the restaurant team, including Meba, Justin, Rapmica, Suman, Fadrik, Chef Ranju, and Diwakar, for making my daughter's birthday celebration so memorable. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding (One of the best Pastas i have had in a very long time) Location - The hotel's central location in Police Bazar was a huge plus, as it was within walking distance of the bazaar, nearby attractions, and the taxi stand. This made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy all it had to offer. Final Verdict - Overall, our stay at Vivanta by Taj Shillong was exceptional. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the accommodations were top-notch, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend staying in Vivanta Shillong

We enjoyed the stay here, the location (a bit away from the city traffic jams), and most of all, the hospitality. We had a cab hired from Guwahati and hence it did not matter that we were out of the city, and also helped in avoiding traffic every day to explore nature around Shillong! The food was nice too, and we particularly remember the nice Allo parottas that we had for breakfast!
