I booked a room for 5 days, 6 months in advance to attend a family wedding. Two months after I had booked and had my reservation confirmed, I received an email stating that my reservation had been cancelled. The reason for the cancellation is that they could rent the unit to another person for more money. They did not provide any accommodation for cancelling just an email that basically said too bad, so sad for you but we don't care about our individual customers cause we can just re-rent our unit out to a company for more money. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVERY EXPERIENCED IN MY ALMOST 60 YEARS!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS HOTEL AGAIN, AND I WILL BE TALKING TO EVERYONE I KNOW ABOU THIS EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!
