I'm not going to explain every problem I've experienced, because it's going to be too long and I'm going to be upset. My aim is to warn that this hotel's customer service is very bad: front desk, room service, housekeeping. I was really appalled that a hotel can be so unprepared and not properly train its staff. Ignorant staff that thinks it knows everything, they doesn't understand anything about customer service. As there were many areas with problems, you come to the conclusion that it is no training provide. Someone from customer service called my husband who refused to waste his time with this hotel again. The stay was so horrible, that he doesn't want to waste a second more with such disqualified people. I fully agree with him. In a search for a hotel, if customer service is a point to be considered, look for another hotel.

Thanks to Ms Tegan and her team for being quick snd wonderful fixing my booking and assigning me great room Wonderful and accommodating team from booking thru to check out.As Accor member they were considerate with my request for a view as I'm anxious of enclosed spaces and upgraded me anyway due to my membership. Very attentive colleagues at the restaurant too ! Plus IGA is so close by and Shige restaurant. I'll stay again definitely.

We are staying in a Standard King (atm) - the Quality is far superior than all the local competitors in this price range . The front desk are brilliant International Standards & ”Accommodating” they have the skill & together to work things out for you ! Housekeeping are considerate quiet & thorough. Our best decisions in Perth checking into the ”Residence on Langley” - the River is right outside our back door & a really nice Foodies IGA with heaps of great Hotel Foods, the Free Red & Yellow cat buses are one block away & frequent. Its a 15 min walk to the CBD. there is direct access to the magnificent Swan river walks if you like quiet & nature like 15 mins walking to the CBD this is it! Thanks to the Residence team.

Very comfortable stay at this older but well kept hotel. Perfect location overlooking Swan River, easy walk to riverside & centre. Great service, very helpful staff, good sized rooms, cleaned daily, comfortable beds. Small but usable gym leading to sunny pool area, complimentary laundry. Altogether, great value.

We arrived in Perth at 2.30am and got a taxi straight from the airport. As it was in the middle of the night we had to press a buzzer and wait for someone to speak to us through the speaker, however they were either asleep or could not be bothered, so pressed the buzzer for a long time, finally someone came over the speaker which was distorted and they were telling me off for leaving my finger on the buzzer, they let us in and again he started telling us off about the buzzer, we totally ignored him stating our name and how many nights we were stating, i think he finally got the idea gave us a key and vouchers to get our breakfast. We just went to bed and viewed the room in the morning. Definitely needs redecorating, bed seem to go go slightly downhill head as we felt our feet were higher than our heads, pillows were flat, we had a sheet then a duvet which was had seen better days and needs a new one and then a top sheet. Bathroom was basic, did have a shower although it made some strange nosies and the temperature was up and down, no plug in the hand basin, there were toiletries which we never used. Breakfast was very basic, just some cold meats, cold hard boiled egg, salad and toast. If you wanted cook you had to pay along with Croissants, pain au raisin etc. Reception staff during the day were pleasant and very helpful, always had a smile. Getting around it was in a good position to get around the city, it was close to the Freebus service called the cat service which you can hop on and off at any time. Would we stay again - No - there's plenty of hotels in Perth .

My family of 5 stayed at Mantra on Hay for 6 nights in the 2 bedroom-2toilet apartment on the ground floor. The apartment looked as per the images, though the toilets are a slightly dated and the water pipes do get a little noisy.
Overall it is still a good experience and my family had a great stay. :)

Love that the Lobby has microwave for your ready-to-eat meals. We checked in late and there weren’t much eateries open. We managed to settle our dinner with groceries from Woolworth. Also love that they have a luggage weighing scale to check your baggage weight. Location of the hotel works great for us as we were there jsut for a night from a late flight, before picking our car up from No Birds car rental which was located just 5-8mins walk away.
Hotel is dated but cleanliness makes the mark. Despite its age, it is clean. Door is heavy and can slam shut really quick. Hotel still uses retro turn-key door knob. No biggie though! Room lighting is really dull. Again, no biggie!

The newly renovated room was nice, clean, and comfortable. There was no renovation noise observed and we had a peaceful rest. The breakfast costs AUD 28 per person per day if you add it on at the start of your stay, the breakfast variety was not the best but there was an egg station, pastries, some cooked dishes with Asian and Western selection, and two hot coffee machines.

VVicLamWe arrived late so the office was closed. Received an email explaining how we can get our keys to get into the apartment. Car park was a bit of a challenge to get into if you are driving a large car (we drove a Rav4). You do get a large lot once you got inside. Accommodation was very clean. Lots of instructions to inform you how each appliance function. Aircon was weird as you must close the balcony doors before it works. Very comfortable bed in room. Rollaway bed has a missing wheel hence kept rocking when I am on the bed. Overall, very satisfied with our stay there. Thank you very much.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed for a week as my son was visiting the University. My husband had stayed for six weeks when first arriving in WA, so had some insight. However, we ended up paying double what he did. The room was really tired, and had an adjoining door to our neighbours room (locked, but she was really sick and coughing the whole time we were there). As a result, it was really difficult to sleep, and the day before I left, I came down with the same symptoms she did. Not necessarily the hotels fault, but frustrating as I ended up sick for two weeks after leaving with the same symptoms as neighbour. Upside: close to the city (within walking distance), easy booking, easy check in. A lot of Uber Eats options available within close proximity. Also easy access to arterial route’s around the city. Downside: trip advisor pictures out of date (no pool), rooms are really tired, bathrooms even more so. Washing up has to be done in the bathroom. Rooms cleaned only once during eight day stays. Rooms adjoined to others have little to no privacy as you can hear literally everything. Parking can be challenging (we were there the weekend the Freo’s were at playing and were unable to park in the hotel car park at all). Had microwave but no cooker, so ended up buying ourselves a sandwich press for breakfast and lunches.
