We booked an overnight stay here, (1st June, 2022) Spoke over the phone to book, asked for a top floor room, asked what time was check in. Told 1pm. We arrived after 1pm only to be told check in was at 2, had one top floor room available so we took it. Mmmm Mistake, Room 35 was at the very end and the closest room to the main road. Oh Boy the road traffic was loud. It did not help that the small tray outlet had a huge opening on the side and allowed the noise come through even more. The room itself could not fault all that was in there. Bed was very comfortable. Upon closer look the dust on the bed head was thick. Need new bedside lamps. Way past their use by date. The heater worked really well. (Thank god) as it was a cold night. Our neighbour unfortunately spoke on his phone on the balcony and was very loud. Over an hour the first time, 2nd time we turned up the telly. (No fault of the hotel). Time for the room to get a face lift.

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable accommodation

Saya menempah bilik untuk dua malam untuk keluarga saya, namun tidak ada orang di resepsi untuk menyambut atau menolong kami. Sebaliknya pekerja dari dalam restoran mereka melihat dan ketawa yang sangat buruk. Saya juga menyebut beberapa hari sebelum tiba bahawa saya mempunyai anak lain yang datang dan tidak memerlukan katil lain. Orang yang saya bercakap dengan telefon tidak mempunyai masalah dan hanya meminta saya tiba di motel. Namun, lelaki yang ”menolong” kami ke bilik kami menunjukkan kurang keramahan dan kesal kerana kami tidak menyebut bahawa kami mempunyai anak lain yang datang. (Di mana kami memanggil sekitar dua kali). Ruangan itu bersih dan berfungsi untuk sedikitnya, tetapi perkhidmatannya sungguh mengerikan.

Good hotel in great spot near many restaurants and fast food. Staff were great. Yet was disappointing that restaurant was closed as was meant to have complimentary breakfast yet restaurant was closed in the busiest time of the year. Other improvements would be to have a smoking section on lawn away from rooms as had many people smoking on stairways where smoke would linger into room under the door.

Standard room. Quite comfortable. Very well located right in the centre of town with restaurants and attractions nearby. Fridge had no freezer and not sure why the toilet paper was is a lockable metal container. Bed was very close to one wall - very squishy for a big bloke. Exhaust fan in bathroom was on a sensor that had a life of its own. Just little things. Quite acceptable for a one night stay.

Location was good. Clean room and service was friendly. Perfect for a quick stay
